Hotels in KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur

there were stains on the linens. no clear instructions whether if i should discard my own garbage, had to ask the customer service about it, if not i guess i would already have been charged from my deposit for not disposing my own garbage? clueless on where to get my grab and had to ask the front desk. front desk informed us to get from the back where the security is located at. the moment i finally got my food, the security guard downstairs were extremely rude, he asked for a picture, told him we didn’t get any picture from the grab, he insisted on having a picture which grab didn’t even provide. raise his voice on me questioning me by “u security ke i security?” he tried to snatch my access card acting as he is a police wanting to bring me to the front desk, i stop him by saying u shouldn’t be snatching anything from my hand. he asked me to fill up my details by thn i was already angry, but i still said ok, he was saying something else on his own mother tongue which leads to my dissatisfaction, assuming he is scolding me in his mother tongue. i told him “don’t try to scold me in ur own language” he immediately kept quiet. i still proceed to write my details for him, and told him to watch his language. he looks aggressive trying to pick a fight. ofc he wasn’t dress appropriately as well having the first button not button up leading to look like a ********. long awaiting time for flight due to the delay, drove all the way from airport and this is what i get 🥱

yeah I really enjoyed staying here The check-in process was pretty simple and the elevators moved really fast although sometimes I did have to wait a few minutes when they were busy. The pool is pretty nice and the sauna gets nice and hot. it was great to see the 118 building from my room. it was still a little noisy on the 21st floor with all the fireworks happening for Diwali.

We stayed one night at this hotel as its location is very strategic. It's hotel is just a stone throw away from KL sentral bus station. We transit for one night at this hotel as we have to catch an early bus to the airport. Overall it's good for its price except that they only provided a small bottle of shampoo and a bottle of shower cream which is rather insufficient for three people.

For first impression, I was extremely disappointed with my stay at here. The room is so small, poorly maintained that making it very uncomfortable. So small for me to perform solat. For the price I paid, this was totally not worth it. No extra towel an the bathroom was so so. One of handle window broke. I must say, that the cleanliness of the room needs improvement, also, the condition of room. Ple upgrade for long term business….

Location is near to kl sentral, within 10 min walking distance, just 5 min to monorel tun sambathan. Comes with simple amenities, clean room. For the view, attached a photo I took at night from the window view. However soundproof is quite bad, escalator waiting time is depend on your luck, sometimes need to wait for long time.

Perfect value money overnight for me. Very clean small room, staff super friendly even took from the hotel to the KLIA Espresso, it’s a bit confusing how to get there. Highly recommend! 👍

Stay was fine until day2, the shower didnt function at all. There is a notification saying that the heater will be down until the next day 6am but the room has no water at all besides having the heater down. Went to reception at midnight telling them the issue, they say will send someone up BUT no body came. Other than this, no other issue.

The check-in and check-out process was seamless. I had requested a birthday cake last minute, but the conversation got cut off midway due to a lost internet connection, so we weren’t expecting it to be arranged. To our surprise, it was. And that thoughtful gesture truly made our stay more special and memorable. Huge thanks to the team for that! The food was absolutely incredible, easily a 1000/10, with a well-stocked buffet offering a wide variety of delicious options. The pool area was stunning, with perfect views to relax and unwind. They've definitely earned a repeater.

This is the first time I rated high on a hotel. Well, this hotel even though its a 2-star hotel, they offer best services. I mean the staff where really doing their job splendidly. I can commend the reception a well job as well, as we booked our reservation online, it was totally hassle-free. After I showed my confirmation, he just politely asked for my passport and 50rm deposit. Afterwards, he just gave us our room key. Our stay at the hotel was really pleasant. Our hotel room has the basic hotel amenities such aa toiletries, towel, a kettle, free water bottle, free wifi, tv, clothes hanger, hairdryer and a mini desk. Even though we did not ask to clean our room, they still manage to give us clean towels and throw our trash in our 3-day stay which is a bit overwhelming for a 2-star hotel. The hotel is really just a walk away from NU sentral mall, KL sentral station and restaurants are accessible which is nearby and staying here is really a good point for a first time experience in KL.

Located about 8 minutes walk from Nu Sentral, there are plenty of food options nearby. We had a good dinner at nearby Anjappar Chettinad Indian Restaurant. It is actually inside the Menara Shell Building. Transportation is also very convenient as it is within walking distance to KL Sentral transport hub. The room itself is huge. It is more like a residential hotel to me. Completely equipped kitchen accessories are provided - rice cooker, microwave oven, electric cooking hot plate and many others. Very suitable for family stay. Bed is comfortable with too strong aircon. One Queen bed and a sofa bed for 2 adults. There is also a working desk in the room. Strong hot and cold water pressure with all bathing gel provided. 2 swimming pools on the 5th floor. One open air and one indoor. The gym is also on this floor. If you need to do laundry, the laundrette is also on the same floor. Check in was smooth and straight forward with friendly smile. We had an enjoyable stay.
