Kuala Lumpur Hotels with Wi-Fi

I have booked this hotel for one of our staff who have a meeting new to the hotel. He was so satisfied with this hotel. The room is large, clean and confortable. Also got a convenience store (7-11) at the building. He likes this hotel so much

I love the place and location as it is very convenient for everything, it is at the central area. You can walk around and find most of the tourist spots. Hotel receptionists are very accommodating and helpful. Highly recommended, at the very affordable costs . We had a wonderful stay for 4 days during cny 2024 our room view was awesome. Thank you and hope to be back again soon❤️

This is an old hotel with fantastic location. Parking is chargeable at RM5 per entry. Check in experience can be much better. Room is dated and old but is expected given the cheap rates. Buffet Breakfast is ok and quite nice but can be better. Overall, if the rate is not too expensive, this is a good hotel choice.

The apartment was spacious, modern and fully equipped, we had everything that we needed in our stay. One of the highlights was the infinity swimming pool on the rooftop with a breathtaking panoramic to the city. Also, the location was great, easy to move around and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Furthermore, the staff was friendly and provided us good service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur!

Took some time when checking in as told by the staff as all the rooms are booked, so have to wait for the rooms to be clean. Location is near to Chow Kit, approx 10min walk. There’s a night market beside/back of the hotel but it can be quite dark and shady as the roads aren’t well lit. Swimming pool is very small and so is the gym. The gym is located on the other building so you have to walk over and seek the receptionist to assist you in opening the door to the gym. The worst was the waiting for the lift. It can take up to 5-10min waiting for the lift as it serving up to 25 floors. Bed is somewhat on the softer side and the pillows are incredibly soft which is not to my liking. I made a special request upon booking but when checking in, due to the lack of rooms, I was upgraded to a lower floor which I’m not sure if it’s even a upgrade as the room was smaller and my special request was not met.

The hotel provided exceptional service and maintained impeccable cleanliness standards throughout my stay. The quality of service and cleanliness was truly remarkable. However, one aspect that requires improvement is the air conditioning system. The air conditioning units were not functioning effectively, resulting in uncomfortably high temperatures at times. This issue could be addressed to enhance guest comfort. While it may be an eco friendly initiative, it did not provide optimal comfort for guests.

This could include resurfacing the parking lot, adding more lighting, and providing clear signage to help guests navigate the narrow area. (2)Floor/Room smell: The hotel should take steps to identify and eliminate the source of the unpleasant room smell. eg: This could involve deep cleaning the carpets and upholstery, replacing any damaged or moldy materials, and ensuring that the rooms are properly ventilated. The hotel could also consider using air purifiers or air fresheners to help improve the air quality in the rooms.

Our compliments to Hoosiun front desk. He is very friendly and helpful. We only feel disappointed with housekeeping. Acknowledge to clean our room but did not do any clean up at all when we came back in the evening. Room was still not done up. Another issue, room phone is totally not functioning. Lastly there is no fridge. Very surprising, a 4 star . That’s all we can express our feelings towards Corus Hotel.

the room was clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment for rest limited number of parking spaces was a drawback, requiring guests to seek alternative parking arrangements outside the hotel hotel's proximity next to MRT station made it convenient to access other popular destinations such as KLCC and the newly opened TRX within a few stops while some noise was expected due to the hotel's location, it was generally bearable and did not significantly affect the quality of sleep despite these minor inconveniences, I would consider staying at this hotel again in the future due to its cleanliness, comfort and convenient location
