Good location & views . Lack of laundry service is quite disappointing. Good mattress. air conditioner is working. I prefer fan because doesn’t like to stay all night long in air conditioner room. Good food for breakfast. very crowded during my stay because it is school holiday .

Feel honoured of being among the first guest after they renovated the hotel, even the renovation are still on going on the other wing. Very nice staff start from the front office till the cafe (for breakfast of course). Well decorated hotel, mix of modern and traditional look. A little noise due to the on going renovation but overall everything was very good. Nice breakfast, easy check in and check out, ample parking space, clean room, clean pool, enough towel at pool and nice hospitality.

Room 1706 was OK. But the size of the LCD TV’s was somewhat disappointing because it only serves 32 inch TV. So bad, compared to the value of the TV nowadays. Please improve, at least 46” and above. And also please include some drinking amenities such as carbonated drink or juice given by other hotels. Thank you.

Had a great stay at AC. Staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was also quite good for the price.all in all a great hotel to stay in kuantan

The location is nice, by the Balok Beach. The pool is huge with beautiful landscape but it was close during the month of Ramadhan due to maintenance. Timurbay Seafront is like an AirBnB style accommodation, not a typical hotel or a service apartment. A variety of different hosts rent out different apartments so the quality will differ. My specific review is for: A Junior Suite by Subhome, booked thru Trip.Com & Within Earth. Thanks to Mr Soaib, he allowed us to early checked in at around 1pm and upgrade my son room to pool view and facing the ocean. Response time through whatsapp and call very efficient. Limited time check-in from 3 to 10 pm only. And check-out from 9am to 12pm only. You'll get fine for RM100/30 minutes for late check-out. Need to consider in providing amenities such tooth brush, mineral water, etc. Parking was okay, the security is good. Lots of local restaurant nearby. Will come again when we're in Kuantan.
