A must visit for everyone who likes nature,boatcruise is must, also spa with traditional therapies is must,staff is very polite & helpful,authentic food of kerala,landscape within the property is extremely charming, backwaters is just on the edge of the property

To Team Taj Kumarakom, Sorry for the late feedback . We are still settling down but our heart is still there . Words are less to describe this place . Right from our arrival to our room and our relaxing stay and till our departure, the welcome and service has been seamless and homecoming. Spacious rooms overlooking the lagoon and some luxury villas with the pool . Each room had all modern amenities . This Resort has great ambiance and excellent service ,top noch food and fun activities for kids and most importantly the ever helping and happy and smiling team members who are there for you just a call away . I couldn't have had a better stay during Diwali than this place and it would not be possible without these incredible team members . My mom and me would love to thank the following for doing everything they could to keep her at ease and comfortable and every member made sure she had a memorable stay and laughed and was happy while at yours . Huge thanks to Mr Noyal who did my booking and Priya Maam who gave us such a warm welcome and understood my mothers condition and upgraded us to a room where the buggy was accessible and made sure the room was perfect and made sure all was taken care of for my mother .Cannot thank Priya Maam enough for not only keeping a check on mom at all times but also helping us to organise our days with spa and activities and some leisure time over Hi-tea overlooking the lake which was so so calming looking at the Shikara boats moving around the lake and the sunsets were simpky magical with so many different birds to spot . We would love to thank the following team members at Resort from front office - Priya and Vishnu for everything and always checking on us. Huge huge thank you to the fnb team ,you were always there to hold my mom while walking and made sure she sat comfortably and enjoyed trying all the new cusines specially the kerela dishes . We really enjoyed the Diwali dinner and specially felt like being in Mumbai celebrating the festival with the Diyas being put outside each ones home and also the typical Maharashtrian faral ( sweets) served for dessert like the Rava ladoo and yes we did enjoy having the phuljhadi in hands with many kids enjoying with everyone . Thank you chef Manoj Pandey ,Pradeep and Suchina at fnb - you guyz definitely made sure every guest had a delicious meal . We are grateful to Shibhu for keeping our room always clean and decorated with flowers . Last but not the least thank you to the guards and buggy team Minikumar and others who would be very patient with my mom while she walked and helped her always ,you guyz are the best .Thank you so much . Can't thank enough to the team for making every moment there a happy one with lovely memories and truly an enjoyable and relaxing one . Best wishes to the team for all future endeavors. The property is of Victorian regality and is a connoisseur's delight. Taj was thoughtful to present a cake for our anniversary celebration - an unexpected pleasant surprise it was ! Special thanks to Ms. Priya at the reception desk for explaining the intricate details of the property; and Mr. Vishnu Nair for helping with photography. On the whole, it was a great laid back experience by the backwaters.

It was an amazing stay

The experience was ethereal. The hospitality splendid. The property is full of greenery and has many water bodies - the lagoons and the wembanad lake. The room is of good size for 3 people. The bed was sufficient to accommodate three persons. The wash area super clean and had all forest essential toiletries. The buffet breakfast had all the cuisines, the South Indian ( dosa, vada, idli, uthappam), North Indian (parathas), omelette, breads and cake, croissants, juices, tea and coffee. The taste was good. Enjoyed it. Overall a pleasant experience.
