Just 5-7mins walk from the train station (north plaza exit). Lots of street food vendor on the way even late at night so you won’t be hungry. There are convenience stores just below the hotel so it’s very accessible. We did a last minute booking because the other hotel cancelled on us and they were super quick to respond. Hotel was spacious and clean - super value for its price. The TV was also huge and there’s a cute postcard for guest. Will recommend for quick no fuss stays.

Stayed for a night. There is currently construction next door - hence can be noisy early in the morning. Also although it's a non-smoking hotel, there was smell of smoke in the morning (I wish the hotel can reinforce the non-smoking rule strongly as it is very unhealthy to others as the smell/smoke gets into the air vents and into the room). Reception also had difficulty processing my check in (as was using a foreign passport and it seems that the staff is not trained in that aspect - hence took a long time). Having said that they were pro-active in activating the wifi access for me (as I do not have a local phone number). I think if the non-smoking rule is heavily enforced and the construction is completed - i would consider staying here again if the price is right, due to its proximity to the railway station.

The room is very small, only about ten square meters. It will be very cramped for a family trip. If you are looking for comfort, don't choose this place. The only advantage is that it is convenient to take the train from Kunming Station.

The room is clean and tidy, the hotel is modern, and the breakfast is very rich. It is very convenient to eat around. Special thanks to the brother with glasses at the front desk who introduced us to the local specialties. He also introduced which dishes are delicious in the dining places.

Recently, the hotel next door is under renovation, and the noise has an impact. The hotel took the initiative to upgrade my room to a room away from the noise. The service is in place. To be honest, it is not far to take a bus from the airport to Kunming Station and then walk to the hotel, but the environment along the way is a bit messy, but when you enter the hotel, it is quiet instantly. The hotel is located in the north square of Kunming Station, but the Kunming Station of Metro Line 1 is in the south square, so it is not convenient to go to the Kunming Metro Station. The closest to the hotel is the Huancheng South Road Station of Line 1. Turn right out of the hotel and walk along Beijing Road. Exit D is on the right hand side of Huancheng South Road, which takes about 8 minutes.

The location is excellent. Kunming Station is just across the road. It is convenient to eat and drink nearby. The front desk service is friendly and responsive, and the robot delivers water. It is a good experience. I will consider staying here again next time.

The hotel is near Kunming Station, less than 10 minutes' walk away, with convenient transportation. There is a faint fragrance when you walk into the hotel, which makes you feel comfortable. The front desk lady upgraded the business king room for free. The room is clean and tidy, with good lighting and a quiet environment. The hotel's breakfast is rich and delicious. The ladies have a good service attitude and provide travel tips. They are considerate and like it. 👍🏻

The hotel is very new, with good facilities and reasonable layout of family rooms and suites. It is a 2-minute walk from the train station, which is very convenient. The hotel has a strong sense of service and can handle emergencies satisfactorily. It changed my previous impression of the Four Seasons Hotel and I stayed for another 2 nights.

The hotel is very convenient for transportation. Turn left from the North Square of Kunming Railway Station to Beijing Road and then walk north for 2-300 meters to arrive. There is a relatively large bus station in the middle. Many buses end here. You can go to Dianchi Lake, Jiaochang Road (Xuefu Road) and Qingnian Road (Panlong River) to see the jacaranda. All Seasons is pretty good among the fast chain hotels. The environment and facilities are quite satisfactory. Although the price is a little more expensive than home, the overall environment and facilities are better. There are both Chinese and Western breakfasts. Although the variety cannot be compared with star hotels, it is enough to eat. Wontons and rice noodles taste good. I will choose to stay here next time I go to Kunming.

The location is very convenient. It's a short walk from Kunming Station and close to the subway station. The staff thoughtfully arranged the 6th floor. It was very quiet, slept very comfortably, and the room was quite large. The buffet breakfast at the All Seasons was also rich and delicious.

The hotel is very close to the north exit of Kunming Station, and is the first choice for taking the train. The room is very cozy and has everything you need. The all-season lighting is well designed, bright enough but not glaring, and the sensor night light is very user-friendly. The bathroom area is well arranged, the toilet flushes automatically, and it would be perfect if there was a makeup mirror. The breakfast is average, and it is a pity that there is no smart Xiaodu. The Wa beauty at the front desk was particularly gentle and kind when checking in, which was a plus.

Because I had to catch a bus in the morning: I specially chose a hotel close to Kunming Railway Station; I was right to choose the All Seasons! The All Seasons is as clean as ever, and it takes only a few minutes to walk to Kunming Railway Station! I stayed at the All Seasons for two nights. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the washroom and toilet are separated, which is very convenient! I was also fortunate to read the book written by the founder of All Seasons, which is quite interesting! The breakfast is also very rich. It happened to be a promotion at All Seasons, so I bought breakfast for 2 people a day for 49 yuan, with both Chinese and Western food. Great👍👍
