地理位置好（距翠湖不遠），服務態度好，早餐也豐富，晚上還贈送了水果。四星級基礎水平在那兒。設施陳舊點，其它都可克服，就是被褥老化蓋着不舒軟。

帶着媽媽妹妹一家旅遊。
設施：偏年代感。看得出來原來的輝煌。
衞生：乾淨。
環境：整潔。
服務：我們要了兩間房，兩間緊挨着的，有一間是盡頭房。老年人忌諱讓換了一間。服務員讓我們自己選了一間滿意的入住。很感謝理解和幫助。

挺老的一個賓館，當時應該算挺高級的賓館了。裝修比較老舊，隔音很好。兩室一廳的格局，很寬敞。沒有中央空調，廳裏有個立式空調。離昆明老街步行10分鐘左右，打車也很方便。服務挺好。
