First time visiting Kyoto, looking for a family room with comfortable space and affordable price, until I found this place that I really liked, just as I wanted. The room is very large for accommodation in Japan. There is a common area, a table, a seat, a large TV about 65 inches, a refrigerator, a microwave, an electric stove, a sink, a hot water kettle, a hair dryer and a mattress laid out neatly. Next to this, another room is a bedroom with two 3.5 foot beds, one pillow per bed. The mattress is not soft, rather hard. There is a small balcony with a small table to sit and enjoy the breeze (if I went in the winter, I would have been able to use it, but I went in the summer, it was too hot 😅). Most importantly, the air conditioner is very cool (before coming here, I was worried about this). There are 2 air conditioners in total. The service here is very impressive. The caretaker is neat and provides very good service. After checking in, he took us up to the room and explained everything wonderfully. And the second impressive thing is the cleanliness of the room. It is very clean, flawless, both the large room, the small room, the bathroom, everything is spotlessly clean, no stains, no mold, the bathroom has no black stains, no mold, the bathtub is perfectly smooth. Other equipment and the condition of the room are very new. Everything looks good. I am really impressed and amazed. The surrounding environment at night is very quiet. There is no sound of cars or shops around. I can sleep very well. The location is also good. There is a supermarket opposite the hotel, 7/11 next to the supermarket, a very large Starbucks a little further away, and a few restaurants including McDonald's at the next intersection.

Opposite is a supermarket of several thousand square meters. After 8 o'clock, many food ingredients are 30% off. It takes one minute to get to Starbucks, which opens at 7 o'clock. If there are people in the group who can cook, you can have Wagyu hot pot every day. Coffee and hot pot are free.

A great stay.

The room is large and well-equipped, but the trash can is too small. There is a large supermarket opposite, which is very convenient for buying food and daily necessities. There is also a Starbucks Mac Donald nearby. When traveling by car, it only takes 15-20 minutes to drive to the popular Kyoto New Town, otherwise you can take a bus.

I like this hotel very much because you can cook and it's very convenient because it's opposite the supermarket. The room has enough space for the four of us. The front desk staff are all very nice.

The room is large, very suitable for family travel, but the door is too thin, so be careful before you see it. There is a large supermarket opposite, which is convenient for shopping. Unfortunately, there is no parking lot.
