Check-in process is semi self-service. Which is unusual experience. I rather do everything myself or have it done by the receptionist. Hotel is clean, staff is helpful and nice.

The room is very big，around 10 mins walk to the metro station or JR station. The reception lady is very nice!

Very good value for money. The room is big. Separate wet and dry areas. In a small alley, very quiet. 10 minutes walk from the subway station. The front desk speaks good English. I will consider staying here next time I come to Kyoto.

This room is the most spacious one we have stayed in during this trip to Japan. It is neat and clean. The bathroom and toilet are separated, and the bathtub is also very spacious, which is very convenient for us! The daily cleaning service is also very good. The only small drawback is that it is a bit far away from Karasuma Oike Station, which takes about 8-10 minutes to walk. However, we still like this hotel very much and will continue to choose them next time we come to Kyoto!

The hotel is nice, with good beds and overall a good location! The price is a bit high for a four with a minimal set of options. The staff is terrible - they greeted and saw off coldly, simply giving and taking away the card. We forgot a good, child’s jacket in the room and wrote to the hotel - in response there was silence. Not kosher for Japan at all.

The hotel is located on a very quiet street in Sanjo. There are convenience stores and restaurants nearby, but they are relatively hidden. The room is quite large for Japan. I like the ice bucket in the hotel very much. The service is also very attentive. There are Chinese waiters and the buses are also It’s more convenient. Nijo Castle is nearby, and you need to take a bus from Shijo Kawaramachi, a bustling shopping district.
