Good quality and low price. The boss is very nice, completely different from what my friends said about Kyoto people being very arrogant. Very close to Arashiyama, highly recommended.

People who never comment go out of their way to comment. Nearby is JR Taiqin Station, and there is another line. It seems to be a private railway, I can't remember. Anyway, it is very close and convenient. The two FamilyMart convenience stores nearby are also super convenient. The grandma who greeted me at the front desk when I checked in was very nice and enthusiastic. If you are traveling with one or two people, it is a no-brainer to stay here if you want to save a budget! Grandma is so kind, no one is allowed to bully her, and I will be angry with anyone who bullies her!

The transportation is very convenient. There is a bus stop next to it. It takes a few minutes to walk to Taiqin Station. Next to it is Toei Filming Base (if I understand correctly). It is also very close to Arashiyama Scenic Area. The public kitchen and washing machine can be used by yourself, and the grandma who receives it is also very cute☺️. The bathroom and toilet in the room are separated, which is great😊

The location is not very good, deep inside a residential area. There are not many shops nearby, but it is relatively quiet. You are not allowed to eat in the room. There is no hair dryer, toothbrush or toothpaste. Remember to bring your own if you want to use it. The landlady who owns the house is really nice.

It's very convenient to stay here when I come to take the exam at National Legislative University and the environment is very clean. There are restaurants and convenience stores nearby.
