Good points: - Our room was enough big for my family with 2 children, nice view of the sea and pool. Negative points: - No hot water for the shower and the reception everyday lying to us that you will have hot water 30min later. Even there wasn't any water to wash hands for half a day! - The restaurant was completely closed. - The receptionist was always lazy and didn't have a good attitude when we ask for sth. (Except one Iranian receptionist who helps everyone at the hotel). - There is no room service! - No minibar. even no drinking water! - The AC didn't work well. - Very dark at night. - Far from the city center. - .... Unfortunately, the hotel manager didn't accept to cancel my reservation and we had to stay at this **** hotel for some days. I never ever do not choose this hotel even for free!

It's very bad, don't go, your holiday will be ruined. Shower heads are broken, there is no hot water, the blow dryer is broken. There are no hangers in the room. . The sheets are dirty. The air conditioner is not working, the elevator is broken, the employees are all from Afghanistan, they are not friendly, they are like wood. This is not a hotel, it cannot even be a hostel.

It is an old hotel, it needs a good maintenance and renovation. The location is nice

The hotel is a disgrace. No hot water, no cleaning. It's a very old hotel. All employees are Bangladeshi. The key did not open the door many times. We had to walk to the reception. Pillow cases are full of hair in the yellow toilet and bathroom. It's beyond disgraceful.

It is a hotel that I will never choose. I will not go again. There is no cleanliness. The breakfast is very bad. There is no attention. There is no Wi-Fi. We froze because of the cold. The air conditioning is not working. It is a regret. Don't be fooled by the price. Don't be fooled by the images. 

Since the room allocated to us was under renovation, we were placed in a random room after a few tries. The cleanliness of the room was bad. Especially the tops of the seats were in terrible condition. Likewise, the toilet was not at the desired level of cleanliness. The hotel is generally old and needs renovation.

When I was in Cyprus in 1990, I went to the bar section of the Jasmine Court hotel and liked the hotel very much. I made a reservation by Trip.com. 1500 TL per night. The price was affordable. It appeared to be a sea view room. I checked into the hotel. Bellboy took my luggage to the room. The room was on the second floor and the elevators were not working. We went up the stairs. The room had a land view. I told him that my reservation was for sea view. He was a foreign employee who could not speak Turkish. He called someone on the phone, speaking a foreign language, and said, "This is your room." I took my suitcases and went to the reception. I was able to find a Turkish employee there. He said that the reservation showed a land view in the system and that they could not provide a sea view room for this price. To my utter disbelief, he told me that all sea view rooms were full. I left the hotel, saying that these were not my problems and that they should solve them with Trip.com, and that my friends were waiting for me outside and that they should have solved it when I came back in the evening, leaving my suitcases there. In the meantime, I corresponded with Trip.com. They told me to get a room with a sea view and that they would pay the difference. When I returned in the evening, I saw that they had done nothing and could not resolve the issue. Since it was late, I went to my room and went to bed. The hotel rooms are very old, it is obvious that the bathroom towels, old carpets, old shampoos are stuffed into small tubes. The breakfast is very poor and they only serve tea with a teapot. I definitely do not recommend the hotel, its facilities and service to anyone. The hotel has only one plus. It is also close to the center of Kyrenia.

There is no need to expect it.. It makes sense if you say clean, spacious room and hot water is sufficient.

We liked it, it was nice.

The hotel looks abandoned, the rooms are very cold, there is absolutely no heating, they put a heater like a toy to keep you warm, they were making fun of me, so I would never choose it again.
