Decent location.close to Purdue.not busy during bgr (Purdue orientation).
Manager needs to be in the office 24*7. Strange to have to call a number when I reached at 1.00pm

This is the same old hotel from 25yrs ago and they haven’t done anything to fix them up opened up the door to enter and bam the old stale smell hit u like a fist the only good thing I noticed was that the water was extremely hot if u wanted that

Very poor. For the $130 a night I was charged this “hotel” had nothing to justify the price. It was clean and the front desk clerk was friendly.

The rooms are a good size, beds were comfortable & bath was big. The mini fridge was very mini & it's sitting on the floor, fortunately my back wasn't acting up so I could bend down to use refrigerator. No amenities & ice machine wasn't working.

Yes, the area looks a bit sketchy. Yes, it's definitely plain. But I don't think it deserves all the one star reviews from before. They added deadlocks. The rooms are clean and quiet. And the AC and shower were nice (although it took me a bit to figure out how to redirect the water to the showerhead: You have to pull down the bottom of the faucet). Is it a five star hotel? No. But is it good for the cost? Yes, I would say so.

Not modernized at all. Toilet woudnt flush, no fresh towels. Inside door handle was coming off the door. Piece of tiles from the ceiling is missing or on a coffee table. The room carpet was clean. The bed was comfortable once you set the room temperature correctly. It was nice and quiet.
