Good service principally room service.
In the restaurant de food is good and variable.
The breakfast was excellent

Chegamos no hotel às 10:30 horas e perguntamos se seria possível realizar o check-in, mas fomos informados que somente com o pagamento de meia diária a mais. O check-in somente poderia ser realizado após às 14:00 horas. Não questionamos sobre isso, mas diversos outros hotéis já me atenderam nessa condição. 
Com relação às comodidades, me deram um quarto com duas camas de solteiro, sendo que eu estava com a minha esposa. O quarto é muito apertado. A janela dava para outras do hotel, sem vista para rua ou qualquer parte bonita da cidade. A ducha higiênica saía uma quantidade muito pequena de água. Vou a Lagoa Santa todo ano e não devo escolher esse hotel novamente.

We arrived at the hotel at 10:30 am and asked if it would be possible to check in, but we were told that we could only do so by paying an additional half-day fee. Check-in could only be done after 2:00 pm. We didn't ask about this, but several other hotels have accommodated me in this situation.

As for amenities, they gave me a room with two single beds, and I was with my wife. The room was very cramped. The window looked out onto other parts of the hotel, with no view of the street or any nice part of the city. The shower only produced a very small amount of water. I go to Lagoa Santa every year and I won't choose this hotel again.
