We enjoyed everything about our two-night stay. Bed was comfortable, hotel common area and large room was clean, all staff that we interacted with were very very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and provided plenty of choices. Location was convenient although we drove the half mile to Lake Geneva main area as we knew we would be doing plenty of walking once there. Our room 208 was across from elevator but we did not hear and people using it. The view from the room was a rooftop so that part was not so good!

Exceeded my expectations. Won a stay here at a church auction. Never stayed in Lake Geneva before. Staff was very friendly and helpful, even when I forgot to bring my certificate from the winning auction bid...they just asked that I mail it when I got home! Rooms on one side of the hotel face Lake Geneva, the other side faces a park. Both are very nice. Walk in showers are great! And also appreciated the Keurig coffee maker in the room. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. And the lake is just across the street, very close to the lake tour boats.

Upon check in late in the evening the night auditor was overwhelmed. He was trying to call a manager for another issue with no luck. It appeared that some other guests would have to stay elsewhere for the night. Fortunately my key had been issued earlier in the day and was ready. I had called the previous evening about the availability of the EV outlet on the out building. The woman I spoke to had never heard of it but went outside to confirm it existed. She said she would leave a note for maintenance to turn on the outlet for me the next day. Arrived and fortunately found the parking space I needed to plug in available but the outlet was dead. The poor night auditor had never heard of the outlet either and could not help. Fortunately there was a Tesla supercharger 1.5 miles away. If I had been driving a different EV I would have been SOL. That and the parking space for the outlet was not marked for EV use. By the time I returned a gas powered vehicle had taken the spot. The ”gee willikers you drive a Tesla!” response from the front desk staff in the morning solidified the fact that this property is not ready for EV drivers. Too bad. The welcome bag in the room with cheese curds and a mini bottle of red wine was a nice touch. The road noise from Highway 12 was significant in the morning. Get a room in the front of the property if you prefer a quiet room.

Nice and clean rooms with wonderful service.

My partner and I had the opportunity to stay at to Cove at the end of September 2022. The hotel is very large and each room has a cute and cozy atmosphere. We were helped by Maddy at the front desk who was beyond helpful! She gave us plenty of restaurant and activity recommendations. She recommended the Lake Geneva boat tour which was amazing! We will definitely be coming back!

We stayed 3 nights and found the room very comfortable. It was nicely appointed, very comfortable and clean. There was a nice balcony off the living room, and a full kitchen with regular sized appliances. We ate breakfast and lunch in the room. We found the staff very personable, eager to assist, and approachable. We loved the location of the resort-easy to head into Vernon or south to the wineries in lake country or west Kelowna. We don’t golf, so can’t comment on the course. Our main resort activity was the hike down to Ellison park and back. Overall, very pleased the resort and enjoyed our time there. We found it very restful and quiet enabling us to recover from busy days
