Lakeview Lodge Motel

Nope. The 'renovated' rooms really only have new laminate floor. Definitely doesn't look as good as the photos, so I felt it was a bit of a bait and switch. The rest of the room (walls and restroom) look as old as the hotel probably is. It was hard to tell if the place was truly clean because everything was old, sheets pilling, towels looked aged like grandma's from 1950, the bathroom caulking was not done professionally and it's all cracked and not maintained well, tub is stained. They scanned my drivers license at check-in which was super sketchy. Without saying too much, I would recommend using cash here and not making a reservation with a credit card you don't monitor regularly. Had some issues shortly after staying here.

The walls have holes, towels patching underneath where the coffee counter is. Walls very unfinished, not paint. Floor feels like is not set right 😞👎 frames on the walls are old , not very good paint. The front of the motel is really awful and when driving in, the trash cans were so full

Really disappointed in our choice although I did read some of the reviews. Price was right, bed was comfortable, furniture and appliances rather new as was the flooring. However, baseboards and trim needed a paint job as well as the bathroom which had mildew on the wall. When you lay down in bed and look up at the ceiling you get to see the plumbing pipes. We will not stay here the next time we pass through Lakeview, OR. There were 2-3 other cars in the parking lot the next morning.

It was wonderful hotel. Front desk very helpful and friendly as was the rest of the staff.convenient parking. Beds are very comfortable. Room was clean and bright. It was amazing experience, will surely visit again.
