My wife and I stayed here for more than a month. We were greeted and checked in by Chayanne. Her beautiful smile and thoroughness quickly made me feel at home. She was very knowledgeable and helpful many times during my stay. The other member of your team that was the icing on the cake was Maria in the breakfast room. She truly made me feel like I was the only occupant in the hotel. But she treated all guests with a caring smile and conversation if needed. I feel my wife and I have made a friend. House keeping was top notch and always there when needed. The grounds, pool and gym were always lovely. A definite place to stay and relax. Rick

My husband and I stayed here for a week in January, and it was a wonderful stay. Everything was cleaned well. We had to work remotely, and the WiFi worked well. We had no internet issues. All of staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast was typical of the brand, and it was good. There are many places to walk to in the area. One note: park in the front to check in and move to the parking lot to unload and go to your room. The hotel set-up is a little weird in which you have to go through doors that require key card access from the parking lot so you can’t get to the front desk from the parking lot without a key card. It’s a safety thing, but we saw many people confused.

I am a paraplegic and stayed in the wheelchair accessible room with roll in shower. The room was perfect. In the room it had a low accessible kitchenette, lower table, easy to reach thermostat. The bathroom was large, a big pull down bench from the wall and all the shampoo, soap and controls were easy to reach. You’d be shocked how many hotels seem to mess this up. Very pleased with room. Location was right in the downtown part of Lancaster called the BLVD. The are restaurants, bars, shops all within walking distance. Easy free parking on the street. Would recommend this to other wheelchair users.

The hotel room was great and awesome. The bed was so fluffy and the hotel staff was amazing and with their customers with really good service and well respected. The breakfast was awesome. Really enjoyed this place. Really recommend this place
