Super team event and surely great for a weekend!
Great stay, i arrived one day earlier than a planned team building event. The hotel was fast and accomodating to link both room bookings to allow me to stay in the same room. I had troubles with the Apple TV (my fault). The receptionist came right up to help me. A progress is necessary regarding channels and films in non German language. This is the only negative point.
The pool is great and heated.
The event was well organised with access to coffee machines etc.. throughout, big screen, wifi throughout the hotel. The hotel setting in the vinyeards near the Loisium allows nice additions to an event.

Wir waren vom 8.11 bis 10.11.2024 im Loisium Hotel. Angefangen hat es mit einer Classic Suite im zweiten Stock. Die Suite hatte einen komischen Geruch, also öffneten wir das Fenster, momentan haben sie eine Stinkewanzen Plage, aufmerksam als Hotelgast wird man erst wenn man mit den Käfern schlafen muss(Info's darüber erst auf dem Nachtkasten, kleiner Brief) Die Suite im 2ten Stock ist komplett Renovierungsbedürftig (Boden kaputt , Wände, Schränke , Dichtungen ). Nach dem wir 6 Käfer ich Zimmer erwischt hatten. Gingen wir zur Rezeption, die Dame an der Rezeption war bemüht konnte uns aber auch nicht weiterhelfen da es normal ist für diese Jahreszeit und wir hätten erst am nächsten Tag ein anderes Zimmer bekommen. Nachdem wir schlaflos die Nacht verbracht hatten bekamen wir am nächsten Tag ein anderes Zimmer im dritten Stock was deutlich besser war. Wir liehen uns am Nachmittag die Fahrräder aus für 39 € pro Stück ohne Licht und kamen im Dunkeln zurück (Helm nochmal extra zum zahlen ). Beim Check out am nächsten Tag zahlten wir den vollen Preis für beide Nächte trotz das die erste Nacht schlaflos in einem Renovierungsbedürftigen Zimmer verlief mit maßen Weise Käfern. Würde ich das Hotel weiterempfehlen wäre meine Antwort absolut Nein. Siehe Photos im Anhang.

Leider war meine Erfahrung im Hotel Loisium sehr enttäuschend!!! Trotz mehrmaliger Kontaktversuche bzg einer Reservierung habe ich keine Rückmeldung erhalten. Die Mitarbeiter schienen nicht einsichtig und es gab kein Entgegenkommen bei meinen Anliegen. Ich kann dieses Hotel aufgrund meiner Erfahrung NICHT empfehlen. Wollten 3 Tage im Hotel buchen, hab mir das Angebot angesehen für 570 € , hab mir Urlaub genommen zu Hause alles gecheckt, wollte 2 Tage später buchen, auf einmal kostet es 605€, im Hotel angerufen, Rezeptionistin hat mir erklärt selber schuld, hätte gleich buchen sollen, für Preistreiberei hab ich kein Verständnis. Buche jetzt ein anderes Hotel.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in diesem interessant gestaltetem Hotel inmitten einer fantastischen Landschaft. Geräumige, ruhige, moderne Zimmer mit Aussicht und immer aufmerksamen Service. Küche spitzenklasse, Weine geschmacksache. Wir kommen wieder.
