It is very convenient to come here to play golf. The golf course and hotel are well maintained, the environment is very beautiful, the service is warm, and the meals are fresh and delicious.

It's quite secluded, there's not much to walk around, not particularly recommended

The room facilities are relatively new and I am very satisfied. The hotel is located together with the golf course. It is in the mountains and has a quiet environment. Breakfast is at your own expense, as is parking.

The surrounding environment is really good, after all, it is on the mountain, but we wanted to eat brunch when we went, but because of the decoration, we didn't eat it.

Good pool. Great evening live music. Try to choose a room with mountain or golf view. Super comfy bed. Will come back for sure. Very quiet stay and enjoyable. Kitchen was a bit too small, as same as the washroom in the room.

Dirty room had to go to the front desk twice and try to get service for room to be cleaned filthy dirty floors, dusty iron leaked everywhere on gown for wedding. Restaurant food good service sad for this caliber of Westin resort. Took General Manager 1 week to reply to my email. With no resolution…. We will try harder basically. & we hope you had a great time at wedding. Not helpful at all….. a lot of work needs to be done to be at a WESTIN RESORT LEVEL.

Poor maintenance of the fairways and tee boxes. The valley course is a mess. Not something Jack would approve. It is a beautiful location and has lots of potential. I know you just changed management but step up if you’re charging these rates. As is it’s a ripoff

Terrible customer service. Do not recommend anyone to stay at bear mountain westin resort. The manager at this location Jessica is horrible. Good luck to anyone that decides to book with this location. This location will cancel your reservation before you arrive to check in and then charge your credit card multiple times with zero explanation as to what is being charged to the card, they will then insult you for asking questions, the manager Jessica in particular.

I was scheduled to stay at the Westin for business for two nights in mid June and ended up checking out early as both the beds had hair in them and the fridge was making a terrible noise. I called down to the front desk to let them know about fridge and they sent someone up to unplug it and said they would report it but nothing was done. They also told me they would send someone up right away to change sheets and house keeping showed up 40 minutes later. I ended up checking out of the hotel as the customer service was horrible and didn’t feel comfortable in the room. I wrote a letter to the manager to express my dissatisfaction but he never responded. The restaurant and golf course are great but hotel not so much.

I had the best service at the Westin Bear Mountain. Every staff member was so personable, kind and treated us SO well. Jessica took care of us both weekends we were there and made everything so easy and seamless. It really made our whole experience amazing. Will be recommending this hotel to all my friends and family. Bravo!
