We are couple with 4+yr kid stayed for 3+days. It was very good place and value for money. Only negative is bit far away from Cenang beach which we needed to take cab.

Came to checked-in here for our last minute short trip. The last time we not able to enjoy the pool due to under maintenance. So we take the chance to enjoy it this time round. But the pool was floated with many flies due to rainy season weather. So we extend our request at front dest and asked them to clean it. They do immediately. After waited almost 25 minutes, finally the pool is ready. We so glad able to enjoyed the pool this time. Thank you to the staff. But pool water quality not so good. Maybe management can please improve.

Room and bathroom are ok. Easy access to the town. Staff are super helpful. We hv a good stay!

Actually no fridge in the room... Other than that all ok but phone line very bad .. phone line not working there... Digi and Celcom ..

A BIG Thank you to Prassath, Iqa, Azhar and Haikal for giving good service on my stay at The Concept Hotel Langkawi. The room is quiet, clean sheets and a powerful hot/cold shower that I appreciate. On my 6 nights stay, the staffs were attentive as one morning before 5am there was a power trip and was rectified asap. GOOD Job! Will recommend staying here!

We enjoyed our time. Location is the only down but everything else was to our liking. Got a scooter for rent from nearby and there’s a lot of good restaurants and shopping areas nearby

Friendly service staff, the bed is comfortable with clean bedding. Got to collect your drinking water from the water dispenser at level 2 and hot drinks from the coffee maker at the lobby. Mineral water and coffee/tea bags are not provided in the room. Better to buy your own mineral water rather than collecting water from the communal water dispenser. Restaurants are available within walking distance, not nearby though. Not a convenient location.
