"What a place. We really loved it here , the lovely courtyard of bungalow rooms with hammocks outside on your own porch , and a communal area to sit in the middle , and a great bar that opens at 4.30pm till 12pm , we had an air con room it was great , lovely comfy bed , quiet , and great price , Eddie, the owner, was always on hand if you needed anything and even booked our outward journey after staying with him for 1 week , The beach is a short walk away, and you have lots of local restaurants on the way , also a 24-hour shop at the bottom of the street, which was super handy , Thank you so much for a great stay, and we will definitely be back xx ali and del x"

"The family room with three beds was impeccably clean and included a buffet breakfast for three. The value for money was exceptional! The hotel also boasts a swimming pool and a gym. Its location is incredibly convenient, with delicious restaurants and affordable supermarkets close by, making it easy to get around and shop."

"+ good swimming pools. 1 with seats and slides and another adults pool. + pool towels provided + large comfortable room + quiet  / some nice breakfast options but only vegetarian options available - temperature quite warm, air con helped a bit but couldn’t get the room cool."

"Easy to park the car with a free onsite multistorey carpark linked to the hotel. Registration counter staff weren't the most friendly and gave cursory answers to our queries, but the gorgeous view more than made up for it. They play music at the pool bar that could be abit loud if you stay on the lower floors but they do switch it off after 10 or 11pm. Sheets aren't exactly the cleanest (spotting on the runner) and pool towels look like room towels that made for some confusion, but appreciated the laundry room and water dispenser with free powder detergent. Good water pressure. Bay view rooms face south so the light isn't blinding during sunrise or sunsets. Many food options in the shophouses opposite the hotel. Kitchen is bare ones but the microwave and fridge are definitely very functional. Clothes drying back also available. Pool is pretty clean. Breakfast buffet is pretty varied and quite delicious, with a live egg station available. Menu changes slightly everyday. Pretty good place to stay especially for the view."

"I recently stayed at HIG Hotel Langkawi and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel's location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, adding to the welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast provided was impressive, with a wide variety of options to choose from, catering to different tastes. However, I would like to suggest improvements in cleanliness. While I understand that the hotel is older, maintaining a higher standard of cleanliness would greatly enhance the overall experience.  In summary, with a few updates to cleanliness, this hotel could be a gem in its beautiful location!"

"Bayview is the excellent hotel in the heart of Kuah town. It’s obviously quite old but very-well kept and well-equipped. I haven’t had any disappointments during our 5 nights stay. We had a family suite. It’s well-furnished, so spacious and light! There’s a great view on the Maha tower and the sea! We didn’t have any meals in the hotel, so can’t say anything about the food and the restaurant. There’s proper cleaning every day. The staff is so helpful and friendly. So, the stay was great!"

"The room spacious, the bed just ok. But the biggest problem for me is the room is not sound prove, you even can hear people talking in front of you room. Plus they got connected room and the door are not sound prove at all where you can clearly hear what people talking on the next room. Event when they talking at normal tone. And also they not provide a lot parking and need to park all they way at the back hotel. Other then that then hotel is ok"

"I stayed at We Hotel Langkawi for one night (October 16–17) when I first arrived on Langkawi Island. It was a really nice experience. The room was clean and cozy, and the staff were welcoming. The hotel location is convenient and easy to find. Overall, it was a comfortable stay and a good start to my Langkawi trip!"
