Highly recommend this hotel! ! ! Although it was opened in 2009, the facilities and equipment are very new, the rooms are very big, there is a small yard, and the swimming pool is at the door. The accommodation environment is very quiet and the ecological environment is great. It is my dream villa! The breakfast at the hotel is very Western-style, the coffee is freshly ground and hand-brewed, and the thick egg yoguraki is absolutely delicious, with no flaws at all! The boss’ grandfather is Irish and has lived in Langkawi for 24 years! The hotel does not accept children very much because they are afraid that children will affect the rest of other guests. However, the grandpa saw that our children were very well-behaved, so he made an exception and accommodated us. Of course, we were kept quiet the whole time. The hotel is located at the end of Cenang Beach. Although it is not on the main road, it only takes 5 minutes to walk to the beach. It is very quiet. Most of the people staying in are foreigners. The hotels are townhouses with small tables and chairs outside. The hotel’s own swimming pool is very clean and suitable for children to play. Wake up in the morning, the child accidentally discovered the little squirrel on the coconut tree. He was very excited. The only drawback is that the hotel does not provide breakfast, and there is no shop nearby for breakfast. The hotel is within a 5-minute walk of the famous Zhuofeng Seafood, Zhonghua Tower, and Zhenlang Ice Cream. There is a big life supermarket next to the Zhonghua Tower, where you can buy bread and instant noodles. In short, we highly recommend this hotel, it is quiet and private, and there are few people in Cenang Beach at this end, the sunset is so beautiful!

Very cool hotel. We had a house with its own terrace. Everything is clean in the room. Refrigerator, air conditioner, fan, water heater. Everything worked. There is a shared kitchen where you can warm up a kettle or cook something. WiFi throughout the territory. Very quiet, calm. There is a swimming pool, shower by the pool, sun loungers. We also rented a bike here at a great price. There is a shop and a cafe nearby. The beach is 3-5 minutes by bike, 15 minutes on foot. The staff is very friendly, pleasant, always ready to help. We extended our stay on the spot because we decided to stay on the island longer. Thank you for our vacation, we had a good time with you. We will be happy to come back again. I recommend the hotel!

We stayed here for 7 nights. On the checkin we were given a room where aircon hardly worked, we waited for 4 hours for room to get cold and it didn't. We notified the front-desk for this, and they took 4+ hours to figure out what to do and after multiple follow-ups, they shifted us to another room. Another room also had some issues, however we were told that they can't do anything else, as there no other rooms available for the category that we had booked. So we had no choice and settle for a room that we didn't like. We asked them that we would like to see their manager as we are not pleased with the solution that they have provided. After multiple follow-ups finally we got to meet their manager Mr. Shazly Ghaffer, and he acknowledged that his staff could have done better. We also complained that due to this issue our 1st day was completely wasted and we would like a refund for 1st night or some other way for the resort to compansate for this, he mentioned that he would look into this and get back to us, however he never got back us. Big issue with this resort is that if you run into any issues then you need to do multiple follow-ups till you get acceptable resolution, their managers and staff don't bother to proactively resolve the issues. Other issues were, their wifi barely works, I had to cancel a couple of meeting that i was planning to take over zoom. Their breakfast is almost the same all days. They have open shower in the room which looks interesting, however in the night it could be scary to take the open shower in dark and very small light. On the positive, it nicely located on the beach with lots of restaurants nearby. However with their pricing and all these issues, I didn't enjoy my stay and will not come back to this resort.

For the price paid, the value wasn't as aligned. The resort is considered quite new but just only a few years, the sink is already cracked, the door of the toilet is already not working well.. it's not well maintained. Rooms are very small and no view at all.. luckily they noticed my comment on wanting a room that is away from the loud music at the pool side.. we got the corner room. The sound proofing is very bad as well.. we can hear practically everything from outside.. we have neighbours that is coming in and out of the room all night and we keep hearing talking, baby crying, door opening and closing.. all night till late.. quite annoying. No cup for brushing teeth.. the only beautiful part is the pool but facilities are not well maintained as well.
