Lovely complex, friendly staff
Lovely standard complex, staff very friendly, especially Rafa who booked us in. Located in middle of Old and New Town at top of hill about 10 mins walk from main ***** and Old Town so maybe not suitable for older people. Will definitely stay again

Great family location, great staff.. very welcoming!
Only concern was smell from toilet facilities which is reported to be an ongoing issue.
We did hear of others being moved because if this but we were not given this option.. equally we are not complainers!!

First time staying at The Guinates and throughly enjoyed our holiday. The apartments are spacious and well maintained and the complex is kept spotlessly clean. Always plenty of Sun beds round the pool at any time of day so no sun bed wars here. The apartments are well positioned, a 10 minute walk down to the ***** and similar to The Old Town. Quite a steep hill back up but taxis are reasonable so no problem. All the staff were very friendly and nothing too much trouble. A special mention to Greta on reception, always happy to help and enjoyed our chats in the evening on our way out. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again in the future.

Went to these apartments from 10th-17th November 2024 . Rooms excellent . Staff friendly & very helpful . Greta on reception so helpful . Ask for low level apartment if you have any elderly relatives . Onsite cafe good . The cleaning staff so good . Location fab . Rooms spotless & loads of space esp 2 bedroom for 4 people . Hope to see you all again Would have been good to have a toilet near pool only downside

Reception staff were friendly and very helpful, maid service excellent with plenty of towel and linen changes , rooms lovely with all you require , pool area very good and pool bar very handy for drinks and food and served with a smile from Vladimir

This place is clean, and the staff are respectful and welcoming to tourists. My main issue was the pool area—it’s small, and no staff member is present to monitor it. Unfortunately, we had to put up with a family whose children were disruptive, with no way to escape the chaos unless heading to the beach. Also, the reception closes at night, so there’s no security on-site, though I still felt relatively safe. Walking back after dark was a bit unsettling, as there are no street lights, making it quite eerie.

Een kleinschalig appartementen complex. Vriendelijke en behulpzame dames en heren bij de receptie. Elke ochtend werden de zonnebedjes & parasols weer ordentelijk neergezet en ook het zwembadwater getest. Waarom 4 sterren ipv 5; ik vond het bed wat hard, de bank, die ook kan dienen als extra slaapplek is echt aan vervanging toe. Een normale bank lijkt mij beter. Ook de muziek bij het zwembad mag wel een upgrade krijgen.
