"Nice and clean and great location. Street it is on felt a little dark and we were wary walking down it at night. Only downside was noise levels , everything seemed to echo so we could hear doors slamming, people walking and talking all night, shower from room upstairs etc

"this hotel is perfect if you want easy way to get to airport the next day. there is a bus stop 5 min walk away, the buses connect all the island. the staff are efficient and polite. they helped me print my boarding pass at no charge. I didn't try the dinner buffet(half a dozen dishes)but looked good for about 18 euros. there is a big map of arrecife on the wall that you can photo and use to get around the city. we had a sea view room,recommended the view is nice."

"The apartment complex was very tranquil, there werent any noisy guests as it was mostly families.
The apartment itself was very spacious and the bed very comfortable. There is a full kitchen with basic utensils included.
The comms from the property was excellent, make sure to check your emails before check in as the front desk closes at 17:00, the property arranged for us to check in after hours and there were no problems doing so.
Highly reccomend if you want something quiet and affordable ,would definitely go back."

Large, clean apartments with basic amenities, comfy beds, all you need. Helpful, friendly staff. Lots of places to eat and drink nearby. Debs diner onsite was great prices, top breakfast n good choice of food and Debs n Liz are very friendly n helpful. Everything you need on your doorstep, I’ll be back!

IIvan EThe hotel is located in a walk, just off the sea with all the rooms in that direction. Inside it has a kind of pond with planes and sofas, where you can rest and disconnect, as well as have shows in the night. The rooms are quite good, we touched one with two beds and that if it was something we didn't like.

GGuest UserGood restaurant open only for lunch in low season and nice swimming pool with sauna, unfortunately I was not able to use the hot tub, despite being very close to the chaos of Puerto del Carmen it is an extremely quiet place with a very comfortable bed, if you have a car I recommend having dinner at 'la ermita' about three km away but it is really worth it, early check-in at 11 am very welcome, will definitely come back!!

IIURIIVery similar to a large hostel with good bungalows (with a kitchenette, kettle, microwave)
many children, many small pools on the territory
There is a shop on site (prices are above average), a cafe where you can buy breakfast / dinner
The disadvantage is that there is no access to the sea-ocean, as such. (there is a certain bay on the territory, more like a paddling pool)
To swim you need to go along the promenade along the sea to the beach
