The hotel is right at the subway entrance, which is convenient for travel. The service staff is enthusiastic. The room is not very big, and the window is very small. The full-length mirror in the room is scratched, and it is recommended to replace it. Because the room I was given was near the elevator entrance, the sound insulation was not good, and I was woken up in the middle of the night.

The location is very convenient n amenities were befitting that of a business hotel. That said the fact that only 1-2 lifts(mostly 1 while we were there) works and it takes an average of 7mins for it to arrive each time we used it(off peak n breakfast hours) leaves a lot to be desited(although the floor manager we ran into acknowledges it's an issue they have been trying to resolve).

Service: The service at the front desk of the hotel is not bad, Katsuo and Xiaoqiao are very patient, and the express delivery from the hotel to the home is also arranged properly. There is also a tall boy with short hair and bangs who wears glasses. I don’t remember the name, but he is very enthusiastic. He introduced the surrounding food and the route to the night market, which is also very nice. Facilities: The hotel is relatively old, the room is relatively small, you can see the Yellow River, the bathroom is separated from the wet and dry, the sound insulation of the room is relatively poor, the sound of closing the door of the next room and cleaning the carpet in the morning can be heard clearly. The breakfast buffet is very average.

Nice hotel next to Tuanjie Xincun Metro Station Line 2, but not up to 5star level. We stayed for 3 nights, as I had prepaid. No English spoken either at the front desk or breakfast cafe. Room was on the 26th floor with a magnificent view looking South. Quiet room, smallish and with little hanging space and no safety box. Breakfast was Chinese and underwhelming. Nice indoor heated pool, but quite crowded with outsiders allowed to swim there. Fantastic gym with everything you could need and all to yourself. Probably stay here again for one night if the price was right. As a day trip, we went to Bingling Si. Take Metro to QiLiHe station on line 1. Walk east past KFC, take the 2nd pedestrian overpass, turn right then left after the touts near the public toilets. This is the Lanzhou West Bus Station. We caught the 9am bus for 23 yuan cash only and only available on the day. At the other end, organised a car for 4 people for 320 yuan. Last bus back at 5:30. It will leave earlier if full. Near QiLiHe station, great coffee place at 76 Jian Gong Xi Jie. Back from the bus station, past KFC, past Metro, left into Jian Gong Xi Jie. Try the 'dirty coffee '

I stayed for two nights in total, and I started to book a standard room (close to the road noisy). After I arrived at the room, I contacted the staff to change the room. I was told that the standard room was close to the road and changed the room (tell me that the car may not be so noisy at night). The result is that I am too naive, not exaggerated to say that I feel like I sleep on the road, I don't fall asleep all night, and the whole person has to explode in an emotional state at any time. The next day, I decided to add a quilt to change to a big bed room (on a business trip with colleagues). The first time I changed the house, it was also very noisy (the sound of the restaurant equipment, saying that it would be better after 12 o'clock in the middle of the night), I couldn't help but want to change the hotel. The customer service staff contacted the front desk staff to suggest changing rooms in other areas. The room will be better; when we communicated at the front desk, the front office supervisor gave us a free upgrade to the room type. The service attitude was quite warm, but the air conditioning sound (automatic mode) in the last room was very large, and the air conditioning quilt was turned off. I slept for one night (relative to the previous room noise can be ignored). Others: There was a beautiful afternoon tea on the first day of the stay, which was a bit difficult to say.
