I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton hotel, it truly exceeded all expectations in terms of customer service and facilities. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with warm smiles and attentiveness. What made my experience even more remarkable was the fact that they graciously upgraded my room without any additional charges, providing me with a breathtaking view and a sense of luxury. The hotel's facilities were exceptional, offering a diverse range of amenities such as a well-equipped fitness center, rejuvenating spa, and a stunning pool. However, what truly stood out for me was the captivating live music that filled the hotel. The talented musicians created a vibrant and unforgettable atmosphere, adding an extra touch of charm to my stay. All in all, this hotel's exceptional customer service and outstanding facilities made my experience truly unforgettable.

i've stayed here a few times already. as usual it was a good stay. the staff are all warm, welcoming and friendly with a good understanding of English. such as Nicole who assisted me in changing rooms and even though i was with a chinese speaker she still actively spoke English to keep me in the clear. As well as the young lady who checked me in (Debby or Deborah, i'm really sorry i can't recall her name i was very tired) who was really warm and welcoming. so the main question would i stay again. yes should you stay here? yes

Very happy with my stay. The reception is not located on the ground floor but staff make it very easy for you to find the elevators. The room was very clean and well maintained. All facets of the suite worked very well. The “Executive Lounge” is located in the lobby and contains a fair selection of Whiskeys and Wines. This was my first time staying in a Hilton, this hotel has now set a bar for my hotel experience.

The A/C in the room doesn’t work at all. So hot and barely can sleep during night. The customer service from the duty manager Tom is great as he extend service recovery immediately.

The hotel was very welcoming and staff were very helpful and we were never let down by they’re suggestions or help! Sarah was very helpful from the start and until we left despite having a day off! Very much appreciated and will definitely book in the future when we come back to Lanzhou! Thanks!

Very nice very new hotel. Great view from the lobby and the bar. Also the rooms have a great view. Very clean and very nice and supporting staff. Also the pool has a decent size to swim!

Hilton Lanzhou, as the only Hilton in Gansu, is really not good. Opened in 2021, less than four years ago, the hygiene is poor, there is blood in the toilet, the bathtub is very dirty (visibly dirty...), the door stopper on the floor of the bathroom is loose and falling off, and the bedside reading lamp is seriously loose. The water pressure of the bathroom shower is very small (may be due to the high-rise), and the bathroom floor drain is not good. The hygiene is very general, and there are hairs in many places (toilet floor, bathroom sink, etc.). The hygiene is not as good as Hilton Foshan, which has been open for more than ten years, and Shangri-La Shenzhen (Luohu), which has been open for decades, and even worse than some better All Seasons Hotels. The hygiene problem should be improved immediately! There is also the aging of infrastructure hardware and lack of maintenance, which should be taken seriously! I hope the hotel manager will pay attention to it and make improvements as soon as possible. I guess I won’t stay at Hilton next time I come to Lanzhou. I may go to Sheraton (I saw that it just opened this year, so I didn’t go). . . . . . . .

I was in Lanzhou on a business trip. I used to stay at Santa Fe Hilton. This time, Ctrip's price was particularly good, so I directly chose an open-plan suite. The room was spacious and bright, and it faced south, so I could directly see the hustle and bustle of Tianshui South Road. The lights were just coming on, which created a unique atmosphere.
