Not bad, the hot summer, it is simply a kind of enjoyment, the classic apricot oolong tea, like this taste, the girl suggests ordering a single cup, one-sip drink will not be too strong! Haha! At check-in, the front desk ladies recommended their coffee shop. At first, they didn't think about going, but the weather of 36℃ couldn't help but want to taste it, and didn't think that the big brand was trustworthy. Check out the next day and drink again. Those who actively recommend staying at the hotel can go and taste it, trust me, and don't let you regret it. I have already enjoyed it.

I stayed at the hotel for the second time, and the impact on me was clean, the environment was comfortable, the transportation was convenient, the service was very good, the hotel was not fully equipped, the free distribution was filled with water, the front desk room service was stopped, in short, I was very satisfied with the hotel, if I have something to do next time I still live in the hotel.

Very satisfied with a stay, the hotel is in a good location, the surrounding environment is very good, the supermarket, pharmacies, snack streets are very close, very convenient, the room is clean, the facilities are complete, the air conditioning is very good, the price is high, the stay is very comfortable! The front desk service is very intimate and professional! There is also a restaurant on the 6th floor of the hotel. The dishes are delicious and the service is very thoughtful. Service: Very considerate. I originally booked a double bed room. Due to the flight delay, when I arrived at the hotel and saw that I had a child, I was upgraded to a parent-child room. The child had a separate bed, although it was a small bed. The pads are also very comfortable;
Hygiene: very good, clean, even children can run around barefoot on the floor without any problem;
Blueberry·Slow Time Buffet Afternoon Tea: The freshly ground coffee is very good, I personally choose the latte, I don’t like American style, the macarons are delicious;
Single experience of fitness and swimming (excluding personal trainer): I went to feel the water temperature which was good, but the locker room was still a bit cold;

The bed was so soft and comfy, the large tub was perfect to soak in, the room was spacious and very clean, and the view gorgeous! GGuest UserThe location is really convenient. The front desk staff is patient and enthusiastic, and will answer any inquiries. It is very close to the Pedestrian Street, Zhongshan Iron Bridge, Baita Temple (Baita Mountain Park), Lanzhou Forest of Steles, within walking distance. We went down the mountain and took a sheepskin raft and ate at the Asiya Xiguan restaurant. There is Watsons downstairs in the hotel, and I added lip balm, and the northwest is still quite dry. The hawthorn candied haws at the candied haws store at the door is delicious, and the sugar is crunchy. The sugar of this kind of candied haws in Suzhou is sticky. It should be enough to stay for two nights, and you can also go to Zhengning Night Market. We flew from Dunhuang to Lanzhou, and stayed near the airport for the first night. Afterwards, we felt that we should have stayed here on Zhangye Road for the first night. Another thing is that there is a Michelle Ice City store on the sheepskin raft. Next to it is a specialty store. It is really cheaper than the ones on the highway or in the airport. Very solid. I didn't think about buying cigarettes until I arrived at the airport. Lanzhou Jixiang sold for 32 packs at the airport, and 25 packs outside. It sells for 28 outside the Three Fortress, and 40 at the airport.

AAnonymous UserBecause I decided to travel to Lanzhou at the last minute, I forgot to make a reservation when booking the hotel. As a result, when I arrived at the hotel in the evening, there was no room with a double bed. The staff at Wyndham Hotel quickly gave me a solution, recommended that I book a family room first, and upgraded my room type. Considering that it would be very troublesome to change rooms later, I immediately helped to renew the room after communicating with the hotel the next day. I would like to express my special thanks to Manager Wang Xia for the proper arrangements.
The Wyndham rooms are very comfortable, spacious and clean. The beds are very comfortable and the decor in the room is simple and stylish.
Overall, I am very satisfied with Wyndham Hotel. Its excellent service, comfortable rooms, complete facilities and ideal location made me feel very comfortable and happy throughout my stay.

That said the fact that only 1-2 lifts(mostly 1 while we were there) works and it takes an average of 7mins for it to arrive each time we used it(off peak n breakfast hours) leaves a lot to be desited(although the floor manager we ran into acknowledges it's an issue they have been trying to resolve).

GGuest UserI chose to stay close to the airport so that I can bound a flight easily to diffrent places. The hotel is also within 15 minutes walk to Lanzhou new area railway to give me easy train ride (40 minutes) to Lanzhou west (main) station. The only down side is if you are coming back late, there are very limited trains to the new area railway, and nothing to Zhongchuang airport railway either except private ride (around 75 km, price is 28 yuan for the shared ride or 200 yuan for solo). However, once you can manage to get to the airport, there will be free shuttles from the hotel just by calling to their friendly staffs. I can highly recommend the hotel to anyone. I really appreciate the visions of the hotel founder (his book can be found when you enter the room :) who successfully created hotel homes for travellers. I felt comfortable and home there.

Even before arrival we reached out to Li and she promptly promised to send a car to meet us upon arrival at Langzhouxi. The Tumendun metro station is right in front of the hotel. So is the bus stop which serves buses running to several Lanzhou attractions.
Aside from the obvious locational advantages the thing that strikes me most is the warmth and hospitality of the family running the place. Everyone from father, mother, 2 sons to DIL was eager to help with any questions that we might have. We couldn’t believe how patient they were in providing invaluable insights for the benefit of the tourist.
The room and bathroom were kept clean. Hot and cold water were readily available as well as a kettle.
We are grateful and would like to thank the whole family for treating us like family during our short stay here!
