The perfect hotel for the religious Jew. The amenities were basic, but the service was very good and the location is right next to the chabad and they have minyans every day. Also there is a very helpful tour office down the block where you can rent bikes and also get guided tours. All in all, I had a very good experience at this hotel.

OMG where do I start? A FANTASTIC little hotel just off the beach on a side street slap bang in the centre of Larnaca in the Finikoudes beach area and in Larnaca's old town. Absolutely, frigging, marvellously fantastic! Check-in was a breeze, the hotel super clean, the room huge and also, surprisingly SUPER CLEAN. It was absolutely spotless - whoever they have hired to clean the rooms does outstanding work. If I could bring them back to the UK to clean my own home, then well, how great would that be? There is fast Wi-fi, modern bathrooms with superb power showers and the room, for the budget prices it offers, has a wonderful selection of milk, tea and coffee. However, what is most surprisingly of all is the superb, efficient and excellent customer service provided by the manageress named Nadia. Not only is she one of the most pleasant hotel staff members I have ever come across but she is astute, assertive and extremely efficient, having helped me sort through a few hotel and non-hotel travel arrangements without hesitation. This excellent customer service, coupled with a bright, modern, fresh, efficient and superbly clean (almost hospital clean) hotel, confirms that Hai hotel IS my number one place to stay every time I visit Cyprus. Without question. Without hesitation. I will certainly be returning next year and look forward to staying in one of its wonderful rooms and dealing with their wonderful staff. This is a budget, but clean and comfy place to stay. They give you a code for the door and a code for your room, you do not get a card key. My room, which had an ensuite shower room, was adequate and led down into the small courtyard cum seating and chill out area where there's an honest box for use of the drinks machine. There was also a fridge. I initially booked for 10 nights, but needed to extended to 12 nights. They honoured my request to keep the same room. I would recommend, and I would use again if in Larnaca for a significant amount of time.

The room was clean and well outfitted. The bathrooms recently renovated and had all necessary amenities. The breakfast was outstanding! Freshly made spresso coffee - latte, capucino, whatever you prefer - and wonderful full breakfast with home-made hummus, olives and olive oil from the farm of a family member of the waiter & cook - nice juices. It is also located 5 minutes from the city center and the sea. Great hotel at a great price.

To be honest for the price we paid for it was one of the best hotels under 100$.. very nice and clean.. breakfast it was perfect .. as well what got our attention and impressed us is that in the room there was one use toothbrush with toothpaste and shaving set plus some extras for each guest that you don't find even in a 5 stars hotel that you pay over 500$ per night.. and thats in cheapest room plus has ropes and slippers.. there is no pool facility but u cant have it all trust me..

Positive: Location, Room size, wifi speed, big balcony, free toiletries, fast elevator, microwave works, water boiler works, fridge works, free towels, toilet works, many restaurants nearby and a nice cleaning lady. Negative: Balcony door does not lock. Staff came to check it and said they can not do anything about it and told me there are no criminals and we dont need to worry at night if it is not locked and we can leave the valuables in the room even if the balcony door is open and the neighbours could easily just jump over the balcony. Nothing happened luckily and we were happy. There was bird poop in the balcony, but the cleaning lady was nice and cleaned it. There was no sea view and no sun chairs as in the photos. The staff said they cant do nothing about it. But the cleaning lady clean the bird poop and I just sun tanned then on the balcony without the sun chair and it was also nice. Sofa was a bit broken, dishes were very dirty and the toilet smelled very bad. The water in the shower was not hot, only warm.

Close to the beach, it is not a sea view room, but overall the location of this hotel is not the best place to see the sea. The big bed is a combination of two beds. The overall price/performance ratio is okay.

Large room with a swimming pool on the roof Very efficient staff We got for free a bottle of red dry wine ! Highly recommandable Restarant Edesmus very close. (Next street) give you very large and cheap dishes

Hygiene: The floor drain in the bathroom is clogged, the drainage is not timely, the sanitary ware is very dirty, there are many water stains, and the stainless steel has large rust spots. Facilities: The gym facilities are very good, and the swimming pool is perfect, but there are no charging adapters for travelers, especially Asians. As a star hotel it should not be.

we came family ( 4 double rooms) where all are adults. the hotel is beutyfull , freshy and stylish one. all facilities are wonderfull and breakfast is very good. all hotel stuff were very welcoming and gave us service way above expectations. the hotel has a nice private beach and that is great. the only problem is that the beach ***** around the hotel (not the hotel beache itself ) is not well maintained and need much nurturing . near the hotel across the street there are grocery and nice coffee restaurant. other restaurants are walking distance. we ejoyed the stay very much.
