We made a returning visit to the Radisson Blu Mogan after 5 years as we had remembered the hotel, facilities and breakfasts were really good! It is safe to say that our return visit did not disappoint and we enjoyed ourselves even more! The hotel is very spacious with many sports facilities, 2 pools, gym and spa. We had opted for a half board stay as the price for dinners was exceptionally good value. The food was amazing and there was a different themed menu every night. You would not get bored nor have difficulty to choose if you had specific dietary preferences. We will definitely return as we perhaps have found one of our favourite hotels to stay at where all the staff are so friendly and the location to Puerto de Mogan was a pleasant stroll. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family to stay.

Our 25th Anniversary break was delayed by family illness and bereavement, so we looked long and hard for somewhere we could relax, and give our adult son his own room. We settled on Rui Palace due to the great reviews, and the appeal of the garden rooms. It did not disappoint, we had two garden room in the same block and both were spacious and immaculately looked after by the staff. And the WiFi was very fast which these days is a must. The food was plentiful and good, and while this is not a small hotel, the layout of the tables and food hall never felt crowded, and there was always a helpful smiling member of staff to hand. Though weaning myself off a four course breakfast on return home will be a challenge! This is not a young persons hotel in September at nearly 60 I was probably under the average age, and it is a hotel where Brits are the minority but in many ways these are plus points, the other guests were polite, quite and clearly intent on relaxing. The gardens are well looked after and I enjoyed the strolls from room to pool, in fact I probably walked more than I needed to. As most places there is some degree of sunbed reserving but never a real AM rush. And the infinity pool we frequented had superb views out to sea. The walks outside the hotel along the coast are good, and my son and I located the 19th Hole bar, 5 minute walk from our rooms to take in a few football matches. My wife and I are almost certainly returning next year, the hotel is not cheap but you pay for the quality and frankly we would rather stay here once every two years than go somewhere lesser annually.

Yesterday, I just arrived at the time and I couldn’t decide whether to book this for three days. I originally decided to bring the baby before leaving or to come by myself. Because it takes four hours to fly in Geneva, I am afraid that he will not be able to make it on the plane. This hotel has two large pools and a children's pool, the hotel is not very green and looks very clean. Three restaurants, buffet, Spanish restaurant and a Fusion restaurant. The buffet is not booked, the other two have to be booked in advance but it is also free. The back door of the hotel can be directly connected to the sea by brushing the room card, or you can go to the seaside. They are restaurants, bars and shops. You can imagine how lively it will be during the peak season. And this street is so long that you can walk 40 ➕ minutes while walking, eating and drinking all the way. The roadside is a five-star hotel. You can see the swimming pool and restaurant of other hotels. You are ready to change to a hotel next time. This time, I booked two five-star hotels on the island, both of which are owned by riu. Each has its own advantages and disadvantages. The desert is right next to it. The sunset is particularly beautiful, and the hotel staff are also very enthusiastic. The swimming pool is a saltwater swimming pool that feels like swimming in the sea, and the room is not bad. Mine is a pair of two single beds put together. You can also note that you need a single bed. There are a complete range of food and beverages, and you really get what you pay for. The hotel is not too big, but although the sparrow is small, it has all internal organs. The only thing is that when the wind blows near the desert, a lot of sand will be blown, but it doesn't matter if you go back to the room and take a shower. There are buses and taxis outside the hotel, the transportation is convenient, there are restaurants, bars and shops everywhere, and it is a very mature place for vacation and tourism.

hotel, lovely hotel, rooms a little outdated, bathroom drain smell is not pleasant, we complained about it nothing got done about it so we assumed that’s normal for the drains here staff/food staff are quite rude, not very many around though, food is fish and risotto not much choice, a lot of the food is bland and cold and dosnet change theme a lot however the dining area itself are lovely, we cannot complain about the views or the hotel it is lovely just the components that make the hotel itself. the beach out back of the hotel has lots of seating areas for drinks and food however the menu is the same each place the pool areas has great seats however not many, but it’s never been busy enough that we couldn’t have a seat location, 23 min walk to the town with very limited shops, such as mango, guess, LOTS of perfume shops few designer shops if that’s what your into. weather. very warm however cold in the mornings up until around 10am in september and gets dark around 9pm overall i would choose to book somewhere else next time, the staff are not helpful at all, not pleasant or welcoming, had to find our own room and the hotel is laid out quite maze like where your left to find places on your own due to no staff on the grounds, room wasn’t cleaned as great as we would’ve liked due to the smell from the bathroom drain. mini fridge costs around 40-60 euros a day if you take anything out to replenish but can use the fridge for your own use of course. on arrival the check in is 3pm we weren’t aware that was either our mistake or a lack of communication, our flight was in for half 11 and on arrival had to wait for the room to be cleaned and they refused to move the check in up even an hour earlier and we waited 3 hours to check in, at the hotel lobby and had to find a receptionist to kindly give us the key cards to get in then we found the room on our own which wasn’t the best introduction after a long flight and bus journey. when a hotel is rated to be a 5 star you don’t expect to be writing a review anything short of amazing however this was not the case , i would not return back to this hotel unfortunately.

Third time of coming in September/ October over last three years and by far and away this is the best visit. Only been here 3 days but the improvements are noticeable. In previous years there has been issues with umbrellas by the pool not staying up. Most of them have now been repaired. The couple next to us were having issues with theirs.... Within 5 minutes of reporting it, 2 maintenance staff were there repairing it. The Piano Bar has moved to table service, which is a vast improvement on the previous queue and wait system that could snake out into reception. Can be slow at peak times but the occasional tip definitely ensures the waiters come around more often. Staff are so helpful and work incredibley hard. They would do anything for you. Hotel is a bit remote so if you are wanting to be in the heart of playa Blanca this isn't the place for you. If you want a place to chill and recharge, this is for you. This is a stunning hotel, with lovely staff, great food and restaurants, and plenty going on to bring us back here three years in a row. Ignore the negative reviews, this is by far one of the best hotels in lanzarote and we'll worth a visit.
