The hotel and location are nice. The service at the restaurant is terrible: very slow, very amateur, always needing to ask for the same things 2 or 3 times; the service takes forever, almost two hours dinner, with waiting periods over 45 minutes between courses. Very bad. Room was very clean and cozy.

Excelente pequena estadia neste Hotel! A área verdejante circundante é linda e muito tranquila, o quarto (cama, almofadas, WC), bem como áreas comuns, muito confortáveis e bem decorados. O staff é também extremamente amável. Detalhes especiais como ter lareira acesa à noite e fogareiros no exterior, oferecerem chá quente e bolachas (deliciosas) a todas as horas fazem-nos sentir muito bem acolhidos. Fizeram-nos upgrade do quarto para um "superior" (tínhamoa reservado o Nature), o que foi também muito simpático. Deixaram-nos ainda permanecer no Spa a seguir ao check-out (tardio), sem custos adicionais. Pequeno-almoço com bons produtos locais. Tudo isto a preços pagáveis :) Ficámos fãs, vamos voltar! Um bálsamo para a alma. Parece também um óptimo lugar para ficar com bébés.

Highly recommend!
This hotel is a sense of oasis, perfect to slow down and indulge ourselves in the middle of Alentejo meadow. The atmosphere is calm, the staff is so friendly and restaurant's local cuisine delicious. A place that feel like staying longer, and definitely to return.
