It is far from the city, but the environment is good. The hotel rooms are large, especially the rooms on the first floor. When you push the door, you will see the inner courtyard. There is a small pavilion on the grass where you can sit and drink coffee. Parking is free and there is a self-service laundry. Breakfast is served at midnight.

The corridor and the room have a strong smell of cleaning and disinfection (carpet cleaning?), which is unbearable; the two rooms I booked were assigned to the two ends of the corridor, which are more than 100 meters apart; the door to the balcony in the room only has an anti-theft chain, and it can be opened a crack by turning the door handle from the outside, which lacks a sense of security. The key to the hidden lock on the door is not allowed to be used, saying that the hotel does not allow it to be given to guests, which is inexplicable; the lighting in the room is relatively dim and uncomfortable. Because it is in the suburbs, the surrounding natural environment is okay, but it takes more than an hour to get into the city to catch up with the commute.

The hotel is located near the Philips Academy Andover school, near the Chili ́s restaurant and also a gasoliner.

Breakfast was average and not many varieties. The bed was not very big and the sound of the air conditioner was a bit loud, so we had to turn it off at night and asked for two extra quilts. The environment is quiet and clean.

Very good hotel apartment. I brought my children here for the winter vacation. I can cook my own meals. The staff are enthusiastic and attentive. Parking is convenient and the surrounding environment is safe. I recommend staying here.

I had a very wonderful experience at the Hampton inn in Haverhill. The atmosphere is so relaxed, and it's very clean, and the service was just outstanding! I am both deaf and have difficulty with my legs, and everybody was so helpful to me. It was wonderful to take a bath in the handicapped accessible bathtub! I haven't been able to take a real bath in years! I will be sure to bring my bath salts the next time around, LOL! And the breakfast was to die for, waffles, omelets, fresh fruit, and the coffee was perfect. I have never had a bad experience at a Hampton inn, but this was an exceptional stay. I just became a Hilton rewards client, and I plan to be staying at Hampton inns a lot in the next year as I travel. Thank you so much for the service you provided.
