********* n'envoie pas le numeros de reservation et l'hotel ouvre a 17h j'ai eu des dificulté pour accedez a ma chambre le responsable a commencé a me voir galerer via la camera il est descendu voir ce qu'il se passait je lui es expliquer il gentiement fait le necessaire pour que je puisse aller dans la chambre alors qu'il etait pas 17h je deconseil de passé par ********* car aucun mail de numeros de reservation est envoyé

Hotel was not fit for purpose. Unable to check in, reception desk shut at 9pm and we arrived later as travelling from Disney to a ferry in dieppe. The electronic check in would not work and the duty call number / device was not being answered. Too many unsavoury characters outside including a partially dressed man climbing out the window. Our party was two women and a young child and felt the location and other guests were unsafe. We had no choice but to book another hotel at a significant cost.

Chambre vraiment petites pour 2 , coussins trop mou , petite bébête dans la chambre , photo à l'appui, pas terrible , reçu aucun mail de la part de hôtel.com pour la réservation, j'ai du appelé un numéro surtaxé pour qu'on me donne ma réservation, inadmissible alors que la chambre était réservé, je ne parle même pas du prix du petit dej pour 10 euros , peu de choix et bien moins chère au magasin .

Late Check-In hat gut geklappt und parken konnten wir auch kostenlos.
Für eine Nacht war es okay.

J'ai passé une nuit le 6 mai dans cet hotel à 3 minutes du lieu de réception où je me trouvais. La chambre est très propre et confortable. Le réceptionniste a été très attentif à nos besoins ma soeur moi. Je ne savais pas que les douches et le wc étaient sur le palier. Du coup, il nous a changé de chambre. Le petit déjeuner à volonté est parfaitement correct pour son prix. Toaster, pain de campagne, brioche et baquette fraiche. Il y avait du lait, des céréales, Le beurre, le miel, la confiture sont de grandes marques et de qualité et le jus d'orange en brick était correct. Je recommande cet hôtel, pour une nuit c'est parfait. Mention spéciale au réceptioniste pour sa gentillesse. KOUKA
