El servicio que brindan es bueno en recepción, atención pero en el restaurante es pésimo servicio, no dan ganas de volver. Los mesonero atienden muy mal, ignoran al huésped hacen la experiencia desagradable. No volvería a este gran hotel.

Terrible la experiencia, la habitación con problemas en el baño , las toallas muy deterioradas, y el personal de recepción falta de respeto, sin contar que por mi reclamo el de seguridad me trató como si fuera un delincuente En conclusión en muy mal estado el hotel , NO lo recomendaría por nada

Muy buen hotel, habitaciones confortable y buen servicio, la habitación limpia y todo muy silencioso. La comida del restaurant también me gustó. Pedí la hamburguesa de pollo y tenía muy buen sabor. Lo recomiendo para una estadía en la ciudad.

Una excelente xperiencia en todos los aspectos en cuanto a lo turístico respecta. Muy cómoda la habitación que ocupé, maravillosa comida que ofrecen en el restaurante y excelente la ubicación en lecheria para salir a distraerse un poco en la ciudad.

Buen hotel y personal servicial. Justo a mi check in tuvieron una alta afluencia de personas, sin embargo el registro fue rápido. Desayuno básico sin variedad de opciones. Para la cantidad de personas que había sería bueno que fuese tipo buffet, aún así el personal se desenvolvió muy bien. Toallas en muy mal estado y deshilachadas. Estacionamiento complicado. Buena atención en todo momento.

Hotel muy bien ubicado, habitación cómoda y acogedora. La atención es recepción debe mejorarse, falta calidez y enfoque. Ubicado en el corazón de lecheria rodeado de restaurantes y bodegones. No tenían agua para tomar en la habitación. Entrega tardía de factura

Excelente opción, si sufren de tocs de limpieza este es el lugar nada huele mal, no hay rastros de humedad por la salitre, la cama sabanas almohadas y toallas impecables y con buen olor. El desayuno que venía incluido también fue excelente. Una grata sorpresa en lecherías no tiene piscina pero está excelente para un día de playa full que además está super cerca.
