Great B&B, about 2 minutes walk to the beach. Great hospitality, spotlessly clean very spacious room and everything you could want for breakfast. Parking right outside the front door. Would highly recommend and would definitely come again.

Extremely clean and comfortable. Carol and her two ladies looked after us and we were fed very well. Handy having the bus stop across the road, ample parking at the house. Within walking distance of the beach and a good pub, the Bunn Penny.

What a lovely lady. Family room, lovely comfy beds, with everything you need. Spacious bathroom with shower. Spotless clean and a fantastic cooked breakfast in the morning with choice of yoghurts, cereals and treats on the side. Parking right outside the front door and a lovely local pub with great food 5mins down the road. Highly recommend and would book again.

Check in from 4pm, but earlier at 3 can be arranged. A nice friendly welcome from Carol and good advice on where to eat in the evening. Comfortable room with bottled water, a good amount of tea and coffee and nice toiletries and good shower. Lovely fresh smelling sheets on the bed. I did notice a little noise from the adjacent rooms however other guests quietened down around 10 so all good. Noise from adjacent rooms may cause a problem if adjacent guests were not considerate to others. Close proximity to the town and beach with a lovely coastal path close by. Free parking and free excellent speed Wi-fi. Breakfast excellent and included in the room rate. Very friendly and I felt welcome from the start, go here you won’t be disappointed.

We stayed as a couple in room 2 which was comfortable with tea and coffee making facilities. The owner, Carol was very friendly and welcoming and Marina, who cooked the breakfast was also very friendly. We stayed just the one night whilst visiting the Portsmouth Historic Dockyard and Submarine museum. We would certainly recommend this B&B which was very reasonably priced.

Stayed here for the second time, Just as good as the first, stayed in a different room but the bed was as comfy as the one was on my first visit, Breakfast still as good as the first time, Staff are really friendly and helpful nothing is too much trouble. Will be back again

Comfortable, well equipped room with plenty of space for a couple and teenage daughter. Breakfast was very good and there were plenty of take away options for the teenager who would rather sleep than get up in time for a cooked meal. There are several B&Bs in Lee but next time we’re visiting family in the area, we will try to book here before looking else where.

Booked 2 nights at Leeward House. Carol was very welcoming and the room with en-suite was very clean and nicely furnished. Lovely breakfast with plenty of choice. No problem with parking either. Will definitely return sometime in the future .
