This is my first time staying in this apartment and I am very satisfied! The location is very good in the city center and it is very convenient to go out! It is 2 minutes away from the train station. There is a washing machine in the room and you can cook by yourself! It is very good for us who are used to eating Chinese food👍!

I stayed in the city of Leeds for 2 weeks. Because the second week coincided with the Spring Festival in 2024, I chose this apartment because the apartment had cooking facilities (there are not many hotels in Leeds that can satisfy your cooking needs). The overall castle architecture of Quebec is in line with European characteristics. If you like something similar, you can choose it. The location of the apartment is very good, just opposite Leeds Railway Station (between the station and the apartment is a square [historic building], take a walk and watch the pigeons, the square is close to the apartment and there is a bar downstairs), and next to it is Leeds Commercial Street, shopping , travel and food are all available, very convenient. The entrance and exit door to the apartment is on the side of the building (next door to the bar). The front desk is very friendly. The apartment is very tidy. This time I booked a one-bedroom apartment with an open kitchen (complete with tableware). The only drawback is that the refrigerator provided can only be used for refrigeration, not freezing (the temperature control for refrigeration can only be set to the lowest). Another shortcoming is that the windows cannot be opened (neither the living room nor the bedroom can be opened). It is probably unsafe considering that the windows in the apartment are too big (the windows in the living room are really very big), so the smell of cooked food evaporates slowly. .

We stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment for 4 nights in mid September, before our daughter moved in to her university accommodation. What we loved the most: - Location: Right in the heart of city centre and super close to Vodafone store and the banks, as well as great brunch spots/restaurants such as Moose, Laynes Expresso, Tattu, and Dakota Grills. It's also right next to the Banyan Bar & Kitchen at the Old Post Office. That said, it was a bit inconvenient as some Uber drivers would not pick up from the apartment entrance, and we had to walk further up the street with our luggages. - Staff were generally courteous and helpful, and gave great recommendations for restaurants. - Apartment was well-equipped. One of the few that offered AC and washer/dryer in unit. What we didn't like: - Dryer took extremely long and we had to do 2-3 cycles for clothings to be completely dry. And there was no drying rack provided. - We had a duplex unit and while it was really spacious, the staircase was quite long and steep. - The complimentary cookies provided in our kitchen were past their best before date. - Here's the biggest con: the only lift broke down before our check-in date. We had 4 huge luggages and were placed on the top floor. The apartment emailed a few days before our check-in date to offer a full refund should we decide to cancel - but since September was a peak period, there was no way we could get an alternative accommodation at short notice without breaking the bank, so we decided to keep our reservation. The counter staff did offer to help bring the luggages - but there was only one female staff at the reception so this didn't always work. We ended up having to bring some of the lugaages ourselves, and for the entire duration of our stay, we had to take the stairs everyday. While we understand the lift breakdown was unexpected, it wasn't what we had signed up for, and some degree of compensation would have been fair/appropriate. Overall, it was a good stay though I feel The Chamber Park Place (which was nearby) offers better value overall.

After some horrible experiences and a hasty exit from a bad airbnb we were able to book this last minute. We arrived late at night and the staff waited for us in the rain to help us bring in our luggage (it was around 10:30pm). We arrived to a sparkling clean room. We cannot stress enough how much we appreciate the care that is obviously put into cleaning the rooms and making things comfortable for guests. Props to whoever does the housekeeping- we can see that they work very hard and don't cut corners. Staff are lovely and helpful. Beds were very comfortable, linens were clean and soft and towels (and robes) were likewise soft and inviting. The kitchen was spotless and well-appointed and we appreciated having a washer/dryer available. The apartment was well-insulated and we barely heard sounds from the street. It was quite cold the week of our visit but we were very cosy and enjoyed the tea and biscuits they very kindly left in the cupboard for guests. Would definitely stay here again on future visits and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Leeds! It's a great location right next to the train station and supermarkets are within walking distance. Thanks for a lovely stay and for restoring our faith in hospitality on this trip!

Very pleasant, well located in Leeds. Immaculate cleanliness. A bath would have been nice at the price but even so, pleasant enough. Spacious and comfortable. The little breakfast bits and bobs in the kitchen were a really nice touch. I’d stay here again.

We visit Leeds a few times a year for our birthdays and treat nights away as a family. We’ve stayed at Quebecs Luxury Apartments on 3 occasions now and every single time it’s been perfect. It really is our go to place to stay. The apartments are so well maintained, loads of space. The original steelwork through the apartments is divine. We really do feel like we’re staying in luxury. We cannot fault the staff, always welcoming and friendly. We recently left something behind and it was no trouble at all for the staff to send it back to us, which was really appreciated. We will definitely definitely be back and can highly recommend staying here. We always feel sad having to check out.

As a couple we visit Leeds several times a year staying at various hotels within Leeds. Having stayed at the Quebec Hotel multiple times ourselves and enjoying our stay there, we decided to book the Quebecs Luxury Apartments with our two children on this visit as a family of 4. What can I say; wow! the extra space of the apartments over a hotel room was certainly a treat! There was so much room, it’s perfect for families. We booked a two bedroom apartment (Apartment 18). This was split over two floors with a living room/kitchen and toilet downstairs, and two large double bedrooms with en suites upstairs. The apartment was well maintained, and perfect for our needs. It was spotlessly clean on arrival and was serviced every day to a very good standard. The apartment was in easy distance to several restaurants and bars and close to the central shopping area. The downstairs entrance hall is manned at reception by staff that were always welcoming and polite. It felt very safe. On arrival the fridge was stocked with milk, bottled water and butter. We also had teabags, coffee, hot chocolate and muffins which were restocked during our stay. Our only complaint was that the main bedroom overlooked the parking area where the bins were kept from a neighbouring restaurant. These were emptied every morning between 5-6 and the noise was awful. Not something that the hotel can really do anything about but it did wake us up every morning with the sound of glass being tipped up. Overall we had an amazing stay and would highly recommend to anyone wishing to stay in central Leeds. A huge thank you to the staff of the Quebecs Luxury Apartments for making our stay so comfortable. We will most definitely be booking again for our next visit.
