Karishma and Michelle were lovely and welcoming, made our trip fantastic, will come back just to see them! Had a pleasant conversation with them and directed us with the hotel and the car park. The service was better and stay was fantastic!!! :)

I lived in the Travelodge Leicester Central for 3 months. I have been so impressed by the staff, Louise, Brett, Connor, Michelle, Karishma , Dylan and others, who work very well as a team, dealing with people who demonstrate challenging behaviours, and treating them with dignity, respect and compassion. They are a credit to Travelodge Hotels.

Great stay, was really convenient to what we needed in Leicester. Really looked after by Karishma and Michelle. They made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Definitely went above and beyond. Would highly recommend staying here if you need to stay in Leicester

Quite frankly the noise from both inside the hotel, banging of feet and walls from be above floor was unbelievable, I just wish I’d have said something at the time, thing is it could have been any room, not good enough, also the fact even though the window was shut you could still hear every noise outside, not good enough! Won’t be staying here again!

Upon our arrival in Leicester to go see the absolutely darting bonanza of the world matchplay Michelle and Louise were just fantastic with our check in and also very helpful with directions for the local boozers, restaurants and to the arena. 👊🏻

This is for every one if you visit Leicester and stay for a while you should choose this hotel cause of the staff speacially sofia and michael and krishma and jay reakfast amazing the staff them 4 they are like your family they are so nice with everyone with lots of respect

I was dealt with by a lovely lady called Michelle on reception who made the entire process seamless, hassle-free and pleasant. She also let me know useful information such as a 24/7 manned reception that I wasn’t aware of and made the experience an enjoyable one

Full of refugees, not very clean and smoking going on in the rooms. Good luck at the breakfast bar :(
