Todo muy bien al lado de la catedral,lo único que quizás no merezca la pena es coger con desayuno porque para tomar un café y un pincho te sale más barato pagarlo,ya que no es buffet y tienes que estar pidiendo de lo poco que hay para escoger

Great location behind the cathedral. Very nice welcome from the lady at reception. Loved rhe room with the old walls and cathedral views. Spa was very reviving, great treatfir sore muscles. Buzzy cafe with tourists and locals. Would return and stay here.

The staff was very friendly and informative. It’s in a great location in the historic part of town with an excellent view of the cathedral. The room was quiet and clean. You can walk around town to find a place to eat or you can dine downstairs in their restaurant. Very nice accommodations. Thanks

Very comfortable bed, would have been nice to have water in the room and coffee machine.A unexpected stop over but served the purpose, beautiful building. Nice spa but would have been nice to be alone, very relaxing after a long drive. Nice breakfast

This is a small hotel with a spa. I stayed here for 2 nights in Sept 2022 and found it to be excellent. The staff are friendly, the entire building is very clean and it i located within a few meters of the famous cathedral in central Leon. The double bedroom is quiet small and the ceiling slants if you stay on the top floor.

Two friends and I went to book a spa day at Q!H hotel and spa, and oh my goodness, after previously having lived in spain for a few years, I can honestly say that is the most relaxing and ambient spa I've been in for such great value. Cristina the massage therapist was amazing and we absolutely loved everything about our Spa Circuit and massage! I've personally never experienced such an extensive spa circuit, with such a lovely atmosphere. It was the perfect end to our stay in Leon. Thank you Cristina!

Hotel located right in the old part and near the cathedral. Since the hotel is in the pedestrian zone there is no parking, the public car park is 200m and not easy to find a space. The room and bathroom were extremely small but comfortable. Breakfast is very poor, just coffee and croissant.

Basic small hotel , right next to the Cathedral. The room was small but confortable. The bathroom is even smaller, However was clean and the location is unbeatable. Breakfast is served in the coffee next to the hotel. They have a garage but if your car is big I won't recommend as it is a tricky garage. Difficult to arrive to the hotel by car as it is in a pedestrian street and gps don't recognize.

El hotel fue fantastico, la gente de recepción muy amable y cooperativa. No sé me ocurre como podría haber sido mejor. No probé ningún servicio, pero se que había posibilidades de masajes, tratamientos de SPA, etc, a precios muy competitivos.

El hotel está muy bien y el spa también. Pero la atención al cliente deja mucho que desear. Yo he coincidido con dos recepcionistas, una de ellas Cristina y es un encanto. Pero la otra mujer deja mucho que desear. Me quejé de tener frío y pedí que se revisara el aire, se dedicó a mirar al ordenador y decir que estaba todo bien pero lo de hoy no tiene nombre. Guardé el coche en el parking, nos facilitó una llave a otro cliente y a mi sin decirnos que hace falta una llave por coche para poder salir. Porque sino te pasará lo que a mi, te verás metido en el ascensor en el que hay que subir el coche para bajar al parking y no podrás salir de él si la otra persona lleva la llave. Y cuidado con sacar el coche del ascensor para poder salir y tocar el botón de abrir la puerta del garaje porque es imposible abrirla con el coche. De no ser pprque mi vehículo es pequeño hoy me habría quedado sin él. Por no mencionar el ataque de ansiedad y claustrofia que he sufrido. Vergonzoso! El trato lo defino “vergonzoso”!

Un hotel muy centrico con habitaciones que dan a la catedral . Desayuno exquisito. Mejor aparcar en el parking público cerca del hotel .Muy buena atención por parte del personal. También dispone de spa que no utilizamos. Recomendable 100%

Hotel muy céntrico, desde la ventana se ve la catedral que está muy cerca, la situación es ideal tanto para visitar la zona histórica como la comercial, también próximo al barrio Húmedo. Silencioso y cómodo, hay además a menos de 100 m. un parking de bajo coste. El desayuno con unas tostadas deliciosas, personal amable
