The hotel is located right next to Wanda Plaza. There are many hotels in that building, but Hampton Inn has its own independent lobby, which is very nicely decorated. It also has its own dedicated elevators. They gave us a high floor, and the hotel staff were very friendly. When we mentioned there was noise upstairs, the staff were incredibly helpful. They checked and confirmed that no one was staying on the floor above us and said they would monitor it again when I went to sleep, and if there was still noise, they'd send someone to investigate. That was very thoughtful. I booked a room with two breakfasts, and when I told the front desk, they even gave two complimentary breakfasts for my 10-year-old children.
