House modern, clean and well-kept. Landlord very unfriendly, insists on handover time to the minute, although he was on site and the house was already cleaned (despite a small child and 35 degrees). Very atypical for the Italian hospitality that prevails

The house is just right for a family of 4. Spacious and well equipped, very clean! The property is about 3 minutes from the beach. A nice, German-speaking landlord. We haven't missed anything.
