This hotel is conveniently located just a short distance from the south gate of the ancient city, making it easy to explore the area. The owner was incredibly helpful, personally picking us up at the gate and transporting our luggage with a small trolley—such a thoughtful touch! The rooms were cleaned daily, and the hotel made sure to replenish all amenities each day, ensuring we had everything we needed. The attention to detail and the friendly service really stood out. Overall, it’s a great place to stay for anyone visiting the ancient city, offering both comfort and convenience. Highly recommended! **Side note for someone who's like me: if you're expecting host to help with JDSM ticket, no, they're not doing it anymore.

This is the best ever experience i had when visiting china. This is my 4th time visiting china the last time was 2018. 2024 is really a big different! Everything is so perfect, the toilet is super clean! They even have bidet! Automatic bidet okayy with remote! The streets are clean, the shop lot around the hotel is full off necessity you don’t need to walk to other parts of the old city. One thing i like about this hotelcis the owner. he basically helps me with everything! if i want to eat something he will help me to order it, even i want a power cord he still order for me 😂 he surely is the best. he even treat us for the airport transfer during our check out. so sweet of him. the room is big too. and it has the view of JDSM please checkout the picture for the proof! And they offer a trolley for your luggage to be transported from the main road to the hotel. So nice 👌🏼 i never imagined to spend this small amount of money for the 5 stars stay like this 🥹❤️

superb hotel and host..help carry our bag to the main street

Location is good near to nan men, right in the middle of the shopping street. Staff are really friendly, helped us with our luggages from the main street and helped us store luggages when we went for a 2d1n hike. Staff are also very friendly sharing recommendations to us on food and attractions as well. Room has high tech toliet as well :) High rec :)

Best family room, double space, clean, five star services

I had a very good stay at this lovely hotel in Lijiang Old Town! The room was fantastic, fully equipped with modern amenities like a perfume, automatic curtain, and even a fancy automatic toilet! The hotel's location was perfect, just a short 7-minute walk from the South Gate, making it super convenient to explore the town. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even carrying our luggage to the room. My only minor gripe was that the sound isolation but that is expected in the old town where are the houses are made from wood. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lijiang!

The hotel room is clean, beautifully decorated and cozy. The hotel location is near the South gate of the ancient city, very close to Mu’s Mansion and there are many restaurants around. The hotel owner is very kind and enthusiastic. He helped us pull our luggage both at check-in and check-out. This made us extremely grateful because the roads in the ancient city are paved with stones, making dragging suitcases difficult. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Lijiang. I highly recommend you to choose this hotel for your trip.

Nice and comfortable hotel. Owner is so friendly and welcoming, we sat together have chinese kong fu tea and talk about places to visit in Lijiang. Rooms are modern and spacious, Bathroom WC has heater, bedroom slippers are good quality.

The room was very well cleaned and the owner was very friendly. We added WeChat a few days in advance and helped with luggage when we came to the ancient town and when we left. There were also free flower cakes and Pu'er tea to drink. There were also recommendations for local attractions and special restaurants.

The boss is very welcoming, the location is very convenient, the environment is very good, and the room is very clean, which is an unexpected surprise.

After staying in so many B&Bs, the one that impressed me the most and I will come back next time is this one. The owner will wait at the door with the luggage cart in advance and then move the luggage to the room. If you have any questions about buying tickets or arranging a car, you can ask the owner. Especially after a day of fun, the owner will prepare tea thoughtfully. You can drink tea and chat on the first floor. I will come again next time

I was so tired on the first day when I arrived at Lijiang Ancient Town. I accidentally saw the appearance of this B&B and it attracted me at first sight, so I went in to take a look and resolutely chose to stay here because the boss was so nice and very down-to-earth. The key point is!!! It's not a blind recommendation. The taste is good, the living environment is very good, and the main thing is that the details of the living are actually all smart. I seem to rarely live in a house that is all smart, unless it is a four-star or five-star hotel, so I think it's very good, and my mood is good. It's so cheap, I am very happy to give a good review and spend time to write a review, because the things the boss said helped us avoid a lot of pitfalls, especially especially grabbing the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain ticket, which saved us a lot of money. This is a suggestion for people who will live here in the future. Ask the boss to teach you when grabbing tickets, and spend less money. The tea in the boss's inn is much better than the ones sold outside. The taste is okay, and the chat experience is very good. Especially the flower cakes in the inn are free to eat. I think they taste good, so I wanted to buy some when I left, but I found that I tried many flower cakes outside, and there was really no flower cake that tasted better than the boss's. I asked the boss, and the boss said that because all his things are branded, the taste and so on are selected by him, so it's even better! Without booking a room in advance, I walked into the ancient city of Lijiang and found an inn every few steps. I was dazzled by the choices. It was really hard to walk around the ancient city with a suitcase. I saw that the name of this Shi'an B&B was good, so I came in to see that the environment and the room were good, and I checked in directly for three consecutive nights!      The boss was very nice and took us to visit various rooms. After checking in, there were also super delicious flower cakes! (We specially asked the boss to buy flower cakes when we left the store! After comparing many stores, this one really tasted and was fresh)      The boss was super nice, that is, he patiently taught us how to easily buy the Yulong Snow Mountain cableway ticket, which helped us avoid big pits and save money! !     Lijiang Ancient City is too big, and many must-visit stores asked the boss for location, which saved time and effort.       The room environment was good, and I also experienced the smart toilet for the first time. The basic facilities of the room are also smart, and my favorite is the music player in the room. When I was tidying up and putting on makeup in the room, I played music, which added points to the travel experience! ! !
