Perfect accommodation experience, great value for money. This hotel left a deep impression on me. From the room to the facilities, from the service to the transportation, I am very satisfied. The room is very spacious and bright, and the bedding is comfortable, which gave me a good rest. Although it was early in the morning when I arrived at the store, the enthusiastic sister still sent a welcome fruit plate and upgraded the room for free. There is also a rich breakfast to eat. The hotel also provides a laundry room and a clothes drying room, which is very suitable for families with children! In terms of service, the staff are enthusiastic and very professional, which makes me feel very cordial (praise the handsome guy Xiao Peng). In addition, the location here is also very good, and the transportation is very convenient, just at the foot of Lion Rock. I strongly recommend this hotel, which is absolutely worth the money.

Hotel located in Lijiang Old Town. There is a short path walk from hotel to main road but it’s located on the hillside. The way you walk up, you may need to take some rest to breathe 😁 We are a big family with 7 luggage cause we weren’t aware of the hillside location but the hotel help us carry all the luggage to the room. You just walk with them. The host is very nice. It was my mom’s birthday on the arrival they. She served us the fortune noodles for birthday complimentary 🙏 We booked 3 beds-room. The room is spacious and in the living room has little stove for boiling hot water and a dining table. Housekeeping cleaned the room and filled out the amenities for us everyday. We also book tour and airport pickup/drop off with the host. They are very nice and willing to help us everything we asked for. But if you book a tour with them, ask them not to book with 星星. We asked him to drop us where we can walk shortly (the host even helped calling him) but he ignored our request and the lunch is bad. It’s not the host’s fault. We understand all the situation and didn’t blame the host at all. I would recommend this hotel to everyone to visit and if we have a chance to visit Lijiang again, this hotel will be our shortlist 😊

After looking at many famous hotels, I finally decided on this one. I was not disappointed once I entered the courtyard. The courtyard is very beautiful. The boss was also very nice to pick us up and carry our luggage. He also upgraded our room for free. It was hygienic and clean. The toilets were heated. My parents were very satisfied with us. Welcome fruits and free afternoon tea snacks were given upon arrival, which were very delicious! The breakfast is also very rich. You can stay in such a good place at this price. I will continue to book next time I come😁

The Hotel owners were very friendly and kind. They didn’t speak English but always tried to help and had lots of patience. The location was great because it was near an entrance/exit and only a few mins into the town. The hotel was in a convenient place to catch a taxi or car to tourist attractions. It is also in a quieter area and easy to find. The room was standard. It is not sound proof so you can easily hear neighbours so bring ear plugs. They didn’t fix the bed or change the towels daily but it was not a problem for us. If you wanted a new towel, I’m sure the owners would give you one. They also helped with organizing trips so it was easy to go places!

Spending time here with my family feels like a sweet dream. As a Korean, I highly recommend this beautiful accommodation to all travelers. The management of the property is excellent, and the pick-up service was wonderful. Mr. Eric and all the staff members were kind and always greeted us with bright smiles. After staying here for a few days, I already feel nostalgic as it felt warm and cozy like home. I'm leaving this review in a language I know to recommend this place to many travelers. The location is good because it is in the city but also close to the old town. The hotel is clean and the rooms are big and comfortable. The problem was the coldness, everywhere in the hotel was cold during our stay in February. We had to have breakfast with our jackets on and next to the heater. The staff does not speak English but we were able to communicate with the translator and wechat. Overall it is a good hotel and good value for money.

It was my first time to celebrate the New Year in the ancient city. I chose a room with a view on the second floor facing the street. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the facilities were very good. The store also thoughtfully made a small bed for the child. Right outside our room is a coffee shop in the store where guests can sit alone. The coffee shop outside the door feels like a private living room at home. In the past two days, the children were doing their homework on the desk. During the break, we went downstairs and wandered around Sifang Street, which was very comfortable. Every time we come back from outside, the store always invites us to drink tea and eat melon seeds in the tea room on the first floor. The weather in Lijiang has been very good these days. We went to Lugu Lake and were lucky enough to reach the highest point of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. The boss invites guests who are celebrating the New Year at the inn to have New Year's Eve dinner together in advance. The New Year's Eve dinner was very sumptuous, with the warmth of home, you won't feel lonely. It feels good to celebrate the New Year with a group of lovely strangers. I like the whole family at this inn in Lijiang Old Town 👍 After the New Year's Eve dinner, the boss invited everyone to come to 2 The coffee shop on the floor prepared freshly squeezed watermelon juice, as well as nuts, melon seeds and fruits for everyone, and invited everyone to watch the Spring Festival Gala together, some played cards, and some went out to stroll around the bustling ancient city. When the New Year's bell rang, we walked to the Lion Rock platform about 100 meters outside the store to watch the fireworks and quietly enjoy the flowers in the ancient city ~

We are very happy with our stay at Lijiang Anly Private Soup Hotel. It is located at the heart of the Old City and is surrounded by various small shops with local goods. The rooms are clean and cosy. The terrace gives fantastic panoramic view to the Old City of Lijiang. Breakfast is served from 8 to 10, and it is good. We are especially thankful to the hotel stuff, because they helped us with everything. They met us at the airport, helped us to organize the trip to the mountains and to rent a car. We highly recommend the hotel!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Listen Deer Inn. The location is very convenient - only 5 mins walk from a car drop-off. Note that cars can’s enter the ancient town. As pleasant as wandering in the town is, it’s not easy to drag luggages for long distance. The courtyard is accessed from a semi-busy path yet tucked away so it’s very quiet and peaceful. There are various outdoor sitting areas in the courtyard and on the second level balcony and patios. A roof deck provides amazing views to the mountains and the town - a great place to see sunrise and sunset as well. The room is very clean, comfortable and tasteful decorated. There is a shared living/dining area on the ground level where the owner kindly served tea to us. The owner was very kind and helpful, making sure we had everything we need and giving good advice on places to visit and restaurants. She has two very cute cats. And she was very sensitive and made sure we feel comfortable to be near them. My kids ended up having great fun with the kitties. I would definitely recommend the Inn to whoever interested in visiting Lijiang. You will love it just as we did.
