Be aware that this is a budget hotel. Initially we were given a room that was dirty and not maintained properly, another room was issues and it was great. The shower in the bathroom was a little cramped but manageable. The location is good and it's easy to find. It's close to the cities restaurants and a short walk to the old city. There is a main shopping centre attached and a great place to find breakfast.

Great location, specially for short stays! Everything is walking distance and if you arrive/leave by bus or train you’ll be only 5 mins away! Staff are friendly, they allow you to leave your bags during the day after check out. Amenities were okay, although when we arrived the room smelled too much like cleaning products, but everything was clean and neat so we only left the window open and was fine. But other than that good stay for the price/cost of the rooms

Hi I’m very happy first of all the location is fantastic, the room was extremely clean, clean bedding, clean cooking area , microwave was very clean the fridge as well toilet was clean , I felt at home , I did not go to restaurants I was cooking my own food which is excellent, the supermarket carrefour is just round the corner of the hotel , and the big shopping centre Eurasia Lille just round the corner excellent location to someone that want to save money on transport, another thing both Lille Europe station and Lille Flandre is just round the corner, it’s a walking distance, everything is just next to each other , I will definitely come back to visit Lille again and stay at the hotel, good customer care excellent communication, all staff can speak different languages which is excellent, thank you séjour Lille affaires apart hotel see you next time THANKYOU

Aparthotel very well located between Lille Flandre station and Lille Europe. Right next to the Euralille shopping center and the crossroads. The bedding is perfect, but it could do with a facelift. On the other hand, very poorly received by a young man, more interested in his cell phone than in customer reception. He refused to open the upstairs toilets for us.

Pleasant and smiling welcome, fairly clean room only small problem having had the room during a heat wave lack of air conditioning, it was too hot otherwise a pleasant stay close to all shops.

We had a good experience at this hotel. The staff are very friendly and the facilities are good.

Decent family room - 2 kids shared a double sofa bed. Kitchen area meant we could save money by prepating our own meals. Shower curtain rather mouldy and crockery in cupboard wasn't clean, but otherwise the room was clean on arrival. Good location, close to Lille Europe and 10 minute walk to Old Town.

We stayed in Room 811. We arrived at ca. 8.45pm and having dropped off our items we went to the shopping centre to get items for the room. On our return, Reception was closed. Although a decent size, the room was generally grubby with a stale smoke smell and cigarette burns on the sofa and floor. At ca. 10.30pm we noticed a bed bug on the shower curtain and then found a further 2 in the bedroom. We packed our things and left immediately, finding a room in a nearby hotel. We returned at 9am the next day to return our key, report our concerns and seek a refund. The Reception remained closed and we were directed to the Office across the corridor. There were 3 people in the room, and none looked or sounded surprised when we told them of the bed bugs. We were told they could refund the city tax but the refund for the room would need to be processed through the booking platform. Despite asking, none of the staff members would give their names. When no refund was forthcoming a couple of days later, we contacted the booking platform who said the hotel was denying the refund and that the booking platform would only offer partial payment as a voucher against future bookings as a good will gesture. Only after escalating to the Customer Services supervisor did we finally receive refund in whole. It is not just the poor quality of the room, but the way in which the hotel agreed to refund then later refused that made this such an unpleasant experience.

Would not class this as 3 star, I have seen better hostels. Unhygienic. Mould in bathrooms, soap scum from previous visitor in shower and on shower curtain. 'White' towels stained with yellow. Outdated, nothing like pictures, practically fraud.

Excellent apartment hotel in central location if you travel on the Eurostar to Lille. Practical spacious clean and well equipped apartments. 7 of us stayed for one night on outward journey to Lieven and again on return journey before travel back to London. Friendly reception and helpful. Excellent Westfield shopping mall adjacent which is convenient for breakfast supplies and replacing broken suitcases in Primark!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return next year. The apartment was clean, had plenty hot water and the kitchen well stocked with utensils. Staff are friendly and it is a bonus having the supermarket below. Negatives are the lack of air conditioning and the noise from the station...however, the views made up for it.

I booked 1 room from 10 to 12/9/2022 to celebrate my birthday with family and friends. When I took possession of my room 712, when I opened the under-sink cupboard, I found 1 bag of rotting onions, full of little flies, and 1 jar of opened tomato sauce which I threw away of course! The baking tray was smeared with tomato sauce! Cupboard doors full of greasy marks! And to top it all off, 2 make-up removal discs under 1 bedside table. I immediately reported it to the receptionist who simply told me that he was going to issue a reminder to the cleaning team, did not come to see and did not tell me not offered another room. Fortunately the next day I got 1 new garbage bag which allowed me to throw away the bag containing the previous tenant's waste! I returned the keys around 9 a.m. on 12/9 and as the receptionist asked me if I was satisfied, I listed all the breaches of hygiene and cleanliness, with 1 other person doing so. Some of the staff told me that this was the exception... That would surprise me given the customer comments. I made 1 request for partial reimbursement which was refused by Mr Lionel Depoorter under the pretext that photos were missing!! However, I sent photos of the doors and the freezer. Nothing works. This director condones the laxity and lack of professional conscience of his cleaning and reception teams. Lamentable!!
