room is very clean, staff were helpful.
They don't have a carpark, you use the Q-park across street above Dunnes, and pay at a special rate of 12/per 24 hour at reception when check out.

Very nice hotel. Staff is very friendly, nice and modern decor, spacious room with very comfortable bed. TV has a casting option- for some reason it did not work for me and it is a useful feature. Hotel also offers a discounted rate for the nearby car park and a really nice breakfast.

If you want a relaxing and luxurious stay, the Savoy is your place. I've come back here a few times and I will continue to come back whenever I need a break. The beds in the rooms feel like you're floating on clouds. The comfiest mattress I've personally been on. The breakfast is beyond tasty with incredible service and huge range of choice on the menu. There is always an atmosphere in the bar with their live music and gorgeous cocktail menu, I could sit there for hours. But the cherry on top was the amazing service we got with the front of house staff. Everyone was so professional and mannerly and helpful. Especially Sarah Murray, the manager, who could not do enough for you. She always makes each trip so special, and I am so grateful. Will definitely try to return soon for another blissful night

We loved our stay. The Hotel and its rooms are beautifully decorated with wonderful attention to detail. We experienced first class service and really appreciated the helpful and friendly staff.

Without a doubt this is my favourite hotel in Ireland! There is nothing I can fault about the place! The staff are brilliant, so attentive and professional but you can have a chat and a laugh with them at the same time. Rooms are gorgeous, on one stay it was a special occasion so we received an upgraded room which was a great touch. The attention to detail in every department is amazing, I cannot fault anything. Its my number one choice when going for a night or two away. Can't wait to return!☺

The hotel is beautiful, the staff was great but, the room was a disappointment. The walls and door between an adjacent room were so thin that it was hard to sleep. The neighbors weren’t loud, but I could hear people so quiet take like walk, set down cups, and even get in and out of bed. It would have been a nightmare if they were loud.

This is not 4 star and certainly nowhere near 5 star. Staff are friendly at the front desk. Bar/grill staff not so and persist in playing head banging music despite the people being in there being older and wanting more relaxing music. They are losing business due to this. Ground floor looks great and convention area on first floor is good. The rest and the rooms are very tired. Executive lounge dated and little to offer. Room shower pressure poor. No body wash provided. Shower screen leaks. Robes and towels good. Rooms worried quiet.

Amazing Stay in the Savoy hotel over the bank holiday weekend. Myself and my partner stayed in a wonderful suite on the second floor with all mods cons in particular our favourites being the super comfy bed and pillows, nespresso coffee machine in the room and massive bath and seperate shower, absolutely luxury. We were very well looked after, with Manager Sarah looking after our every need at the included breakfast the next morning. After our day out in limerick we had a few drinks at the hotel bar before bed and there was a lovely vibe all round with live music to boot. Highly recommended!!
