Hotel Caravel

We spent 4 nights here at the end of October. It was great and we will go on holiday with Caravel again. Everything was super clean. Tastefully renovated rooms (JS) with a great view of the lake. Nice play areas for the children in a spacious complex. The upper pool at Villa Eden is heated to 25 degrees, so we were able to cool off every day at a pleasant temperature. We had booked breakfast and dinner and we can recommend it to anyone without hesitation, great selection in the morning. Great menu in the evening (partly from the buffet and partly served). Intolerances were immediately taken into account. A highlight was the olive harvest with the chef. And the subsequent tour of the oil mill. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes to walk into the center with a constant view of the lake. At the end of October the sun disappears behind the mountain at around 3 p.m., which creates shade in Limone. :-( if you want to have sun for longer, you have to take a boat to Malcesine. A round trip cost 9 euros.

The hotel deserves 5/5 stars. All the staff are very friendly and polite. The entire complex is very clean and well-maintained. Beautiful pool areas, especially the upper one with the many olive trees. I don't know exactly when the dining room was renovated, but it is very nice and brightly decorated. The breakfast buffet leaves absolutely nothing to be desired and was really fantastic. It wasn't the first time we were here and it won't be the last!

Excellent structure, very tidy and functional, Absolute cleanliness of rooms and restaurant areas and high-level services, German clientele in large majority. The management of the property is differentiating. A constructive criticism: the lack of a kettle in the rooms and bathrobes. We will return EA& P

In this hotel where I stayed: Very old room with obsolete furniture, empty mini fridge with no drinks, terrible food and very slow service in the room. I tried to contact the owner, but this gentleman was arrogant and annoyed. Hotel to avoid!

We spent a week at the Hotel Caravel over Easter. The rooms are nice and spacious. From our balcony we had a fantastic view of Lake Garda. The breakfast was very good, with an omelette station. Dinner was excellent every evening. For the children there is an indoor playground, table tennis and a PlayStation corner. Outside there is a trampoline, slides, swings and table tennis tables. There are two pools, the upper pool is heated. You can relax on loungers between olive trees. There are also whirlpools and a sauna. Parking, a safe and WiFi are available free of charge. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back.

It already makes you want to come back!! I stayed in this hotel with my husband, from 12 to 14 April, on the occasion of the Lake Garda Marathon. We had the "la casetta" Suite. The room is really spacious, the bathroom gigantic, not to mention the walk-in closet!!! everything very clean (I'm allergic to mites and asthmatic, but I didn't need to use ventolin even for a second!). The staff is extremely kind and then we come to the "fireworks"... breakfast!!! We chose the b&b formula and therefore I can't comment on dinner, but the breakfast is nothing short of "lucullan", there is everything and more, above any desire. I highly recommend trying the organic jams, which are a cut above the ones already known... in short everything perfect... we are already thinking of returning with the baby, soon, hoping to find a place!!!
