Private free parking is good. WiFi signal weak

We were pleasantly surprised by this very nice hotel. A good choice while traveling. Free parking and the reception lady was super nice upon arrival. The room was nice and quiet and equipped with a nice bath, firm mattress, blackout curtains. The breakfast was also good. A wide choice in continental and English breakfast. The bus stops in front of the door and with that you are in Strasbourg center in 10 minutes. Saves parking costs and the search for a safe place. Strasbourg is a wonderfully beautiful city with a wide selection of shops and restaurants.

Very nice quiet hotel I had a good night the night receptionist very friendly as well as the young man in the morning nothing to say I recommend this establishment excellent value for money

Wifi is not good, but everything else is okay. I hope the WiFi can be better and the breakfast has more varieties, which would be great.

When you enter your room, take a photo of the minibar to avoid surprises at check-out that charge you with consumption that isn't yours!! Terrible experience!!

I find that having to pay breakfast in addition to the price of the room quite high and also the fact that the online price was cheaper and that I had to pay a more expensive price when I checked out. I find it good that we can cancel the reservation until a certain time because sometimes travelers cannot arrive in time because of road traffic or an accident or even for a personal reason. The team remains welcoming and available, the room was quite spacious and the bedding not bad at all, the bathroom very good with the very spacious and pleasant shower. Cleanliness nothing to complain about just maybe add a scent of atmosphere because it smelled musty when we arrived!
