Hotel close to tourist sites, cozy and nice size room. Excellent service and in English.

All good for the price. Free parking. Public transport to Straßburg City Center from just in front of the hotel.

Very nice hotel

The hotel was fine. However, even though I paid the fee online during the reservation, the fee was charged a second time on the day I left the hotel. Can you reach me at **********************?

My family and I spent one night at the hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. The reception staff is great. Honestly, a good hotel. The only problem is the lack of parking spaces, which is a shame. Furthermore, the hotel has five floors, and having to carry luggage up the stairs without an elevator is awful. The worst part is that we learned the elevator had been out of service for over a week. And despite this, we were still charged the hotel tax. Not even a discount for the inconvenience of the elevator being out of order.

The cleanliness is top-notch. Both the bed and the bathroom are pleasant to use. However, it was disappointing that the hairdryer was not working.

We were pleasantly surprised by this very nice hotel. A good choice while traveling. Free parking and the reception lady was super nice upon arrival. The room was nice and quiet and equipped with a nice bath, firm mattress, blackout curtains. The breakfast was also good. A wide choice in continental and English breakfast. The bus stops in front of the door and with that you are in Strasbourg center in 10 minutes. Saves parking costs and the search for a safe place. Strasbourg is a wonderfully beautiful city with a wide selection of shops and restaurants.

Very nice quiet hotel I had a good night the night receptionist very friendly as well as the young man in the morning nothing to say I recommend this establishment excellent value for money

Wifi is not good, but everything else is okay. I hope the WiFi can be better and the breakfast has more varieties, which would be great.

When you enter your room, take a photo of the minibar to avoid surprises at check-out that charge you with consumption that isn't yours!! Terrible experience!!

Perfect for a short stay, welcoming staff, a little lick of paint on the shower ceiling but nothing too bad, very good value for money, highly recommended
