Watch out Marriott and Hilton, this Hyatt brand is going to take market share. This was my first day at a Hyatt House and I was very impressed. I am traditionally a Marriott person, but after seeing this place online, I thought I would give it a try. Two of my coworkers and I stayed here for three nights on business in the area and all three of us were very impressed with this property. The breakfast was a little better than a typical Marriott or Hilton breakfast. The hotel was either recently built or recently renovated and was in great condition. The rooms were ample size with a nice kitchenette, walk-in shower, large sectional couch, big high-top table to work/eat at, and large TV. The gym was great, with free weights, a cable machine, and plenty of cardio equipment.

The staff here is very friendly and welcoming. As a solo traveler, I felt safe at all times. There wasn't much noise inside and outside of the hotel. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was nice and clean! I will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel right outside of the Baltimore airport. Very clean and the employees were so friendly. I will definitely stay here again. The receptionist was so friendly and helpful when I arrived. The room was clean which is a big deal for me.

Had a great stay at The Hyatt House overall. There were network and configuration problems with Google Chromcast TV, but they were quickly and compentently remedied by Davy, the maintenance technician and Dani, front desk associate; I was impressed on how they collaborated to resolve the issue.

Had the opportunity to stay at the Hyatt House at BWI Airport the first week of November 2024. Pros: Newer hotel. I had a King den room which was quite spacious. Nicer Shower products. Customer service was excellent. BIG shout out to Dani at the front desk. I was upgraded to a larger room. Nice perk. Cons: For my taste, the bed was too soft. Overall a pleasant stay.

Van pick up from the airport was seamless. Front desk check in agent, Khierra, was kind, quick and efficient. I also had a WIFI issue and she was so nice to troubleshoot it with me. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was well appointed and good. They afforded me the late checkout based on my Hyatt status, which was appreciated. I would absolutely stay here again next time I am in Baltimore.

Great experience. Everything was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfast and in-room tea selection. I highly recommend. The only thing I would suggest is that the website should let the guest know that the shuttle service isn't 24 hours. I had a 5 am flight and I had to purchase an Uber. The shuttle service was a part of my decision making process.

Greeting was very pleasant. Gentleman gave a quick rundown of the hotel amenities. Rooms were clean and nicely decorated. Bathroom was spacious. Lighting was good. Large, plush body towels!! Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Hvac worked as it should. Did not hear anything outside our room. Bar and food on 1st floor. Breakfast looked and smelled good but we had an early flight and had to go. Very close and easy to get to BWI. We will stay here again!

Pretty good stay. You can definitely tell it’s a newer build. Spacious rooms and the same breakfast you’d expect as any Hyatt House or Hyatt Place. The only downside was the airport shuttle took over an hour to pick me up since it was being serviced when I arrived, but it didn’t take as long the second time I used it. That wait was less than 20 minutes. I stayed a night upon arrival and was in an accessible room and after a trip I stayed two nights in a one bedroom suite. The accessible room was not my favorite room to stay in. When you walk in there’s a random table in the hallway leading to the kitchenette that I used as a desk. No natural light there. The one bedroom suite was a better fit for me.
