Very good location and good amenities. Had a fridge inside the room and common kitchen area. Good budget friendly deal.

Firstly, the reception was dishonest and charged us city tax for four adults despite we have 2 kids under 13 yo. We only found out afterward and the guy vanished. The room was very old, filthy, and lack of facilities, not even shower gels. The wall was so thin that you can hear noisy neighbours upstairs and next door. Definitely not worth the price for what it was advertised. NOT recommended at all!

Clean, sufficient facilities include small refrigerator at room and common kitchen utensils cooking stove and large refrigerator in common area. very value for money

Location is convenient. We stayed in a 3 single beds room. Only 3 bathroom towels were provided without small towels. One of the bath towels is torn. The shower head can't be hold probably. The beddings are clean but the plates inside the kitchen cupboard had not been cleaned well.

Brilliant place would highly recommend to anyone. Great location, friendly staff and clean residence and extremely cost effective, will most definitely be returning back when in Portugal again!

Calm place in the city with comfortable beds.

The room was damp, and the bathroom was filthy full of mold. It had a mini refrigerator but it was dirty and full of ice that didn't even hold anything in the freezer. The blinds were broken and would not go down. A mattress was full of mold that my mother had to take it out and sleep only on the bed base. Very dirty terrace with a broken chair, walls patched with selo. Finally we had a very bad time.😤

The patio door if you could call it didn’t lock and was right next to the patio of the common kitchen which is very unsafe, light turned on and off throughout the day every 10 minutes, little to no amenities provided also which was described in the advert. Quite unsafe of an area

terrible hotel with homeless family next door. smelly hotel with staff who don't speak English. rude with broken and dirty rooms. I disinfected myself when I went out. a man followed me and the staff didn't say anything to him..they seemed to be friends with each other. terrible experience

The room was clean. There were stains on the bed linen. The blinds were unfortunately broken, so you couldn't go out onto the balcony properly or close the blinds at night. The whole building is pretty thinly soundproof, so you can hear every noise. Unfortunately, it was a disaster for sleeping. I didn't visit the kitchen. Unfortunately, no one had told me beforehand that the reception was on the third floor, so I wasn't sure if I was in the right building. The service staff was nice. It definitely looks better in the photos.

Not a positive stay. Convenient location to reach the metro but the room, bathroom and organization were not very pleasant if at all. Air conditioning not working, rooms not very clean and well-kept. Not recommended. You can find better in the center

The single room was a sewer: hair on the pillow, dirty tub, stained blanket, stained and torn towels and hot water coming out yellow from the tap. I ran away after a few minutes. I also asked for a refund and they didn't agree to it. Bad!

Bathroom full of mold, sink with low water flow (it takes time to go down, the pipe needs to be cleaned). Key without security and that twists when turning (difficulty in opening and closing the room). However room with good space with comfortable beds and the fridge working perfectly.
