Well location, very good apartment. Lot of restaurants near the place. Recommend.

We had a comfortable stay, the apartment itself was stunning and well equipped - kettle, cooking things, fridge, freezer, washer. Check in process was seamless, no staff - all done digitally but easy to follow. I liked the fact you have codes and not keys, removed the risk of losing the keys! The only negative is the street at night is very very loud and in Bengal town and therefore as females we found it quite intimidating at times as there was groups of men lining the street. Location is ideal however and short walk to stations for links around Lisbon!

The apartment is very good, very clean, everything is very practical, very accessible, good price. The problem is that it is on a street that looks like Beirut and since I was with children, it was a bit scary at first. There were several fights at night in the street and it is not well soundproofed.

The location of the accommodation is good for sightseeing, but since it is a place where Indian people live together, security is not good, so it is not suitable for walking alone in the evening. And the most important thing is that the luggage storage locker operated by the accommodation did not work even though I put Euro money in it, so I contacted the number listed, but they avoided responsibility by saying that they could not provide any help. It's the worst

The hotel is located on the central street of Bangladesh Town. Lively street until late at night, but there is noise because of that. There are many men on the street until late, so it is not threatening to men, but it may feel threatening to women. The automatic check-in system is a bit unfamiliar, but once you check in, it's convenient. However, you need to make sure that you do not forget your password after check-in. Parking is free, but there are no separate parking facilities. If you are driving a car, please refer to this section.

Extremely bad, Chinese people must not live there, especially ladies. The surrounding area is too dangerous.

Check in process was terrible. We had not received check in instructions so i called the property the day before. I was told that no code to door would be given but to press doorbell upon arrival as it was 24/7 serviced apartments. When we arrived, no one answered the door and nobody answered my call when I rang them. If it did not been for another guest, we would not have gotten in the building and would’ve been stuck out in the street which others have described is filled with loitering men. We did not feel safe.

Do not book here. We booked for two nights, upon arrival we got presented with an awful smell in the whole building. We imagined it was only the lobby. We then realized the smell was everywhere. The room was filthy, dirty and the shower walls were full of cracks. Not mentioning the mould by the window. After taking pictures, we asked for a full refund since the room was simply not livable. Obviously, the refund got declined, and we lost 200 euros. Best advice I can give, DO NOT BOOK HERE!

My recent stay at this apartment hotel in Lisbon was exceptional. The staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating, and they went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The apartment was spacious, well-appointed, and had a stunning view of the city. The location was also ideal, with easy access to public transportation and within walking distance of many restaurants and shops

Very nice apartment! Great located near the city center and you have everything you need! Shops and supermarkets nearby. Great place to stay, the chef and his staff are fantastic and I felt very comfortable!

I was more than pleasantly surprised. Price and performance are really right here. Very centrally located and the themed flats make every room look interesting. Simply ingenious! Top location, large rooms, comfortable beds!

Very nice ambience and great value for money! Everything was very clean and the suite was nicely furnished. There were two large bottles of "Gerolsteiner" water and an espresso machine in the room. A mini-bar was also integrated in the wardrobe. The staff was very polite and courteous. We will gladly come again!
