Very good service

It was okay. Receptionist was very kind. Room could have been a little cleaner and there should have been more equipment in the hotel room, such as slippers, hair care cream, ear cotton, water etc. One more thing is toilet was very small. I couldnt move easily.

The hotel is in good location and near to Pink street, pinice jg. Castle, Commerce square, saintra street and mcdonald's. I like my stay. I also reffer my friends about this hotel.

Location and breakfast were good. The staff were very nice. Although the lifter did not work, the staff helped to take the luggage to the room (on the 4th floor). But the flow of water was small and the water was not hot enough for shower.

The location of the hotel is very good. Restaurants, cafes and shops are just around the corner. Many things can be reached on foot. I had a stained towel, the others were clean. The room has air conditioning and was nicely furnished.

There were no shower caps, disposable toothbrush cups, or slippers in the room on the first day. Shower caps and disposable cups were only provided on the second day, and slippers were never provided. There was a smell of cured meat in the room, which was very unpleasant. The most important thing is that the sewer in the bathroom is blocked. I informed the hotel to clear it. I was notified in the morning and when I came back at night, it was not clear. It was even more blocked and I couldn't take a shower at all. It was like booking a room without a shower. I negotiated with the hotel and was rejected by the hotel. Tell me that I know that the bathroom drain is clogged, but I will neither change rooms nor solve the problem of the clogged drain. Nothing will be solved and there is nothing I can do. This is the first time such a weird thing happened, and the negotiation was unwilling to compensate. Consumer rights cannot be protected.
