What more can I say? Best hotel in Expo Lisbon. Very convenient location and close to all attractions. Friendly staff and impeccable room with river view. Will definitely be back

The environment is good, by the Tejo River, there are many restaurants around, both Chinese and Western food. It is also close to the Vasco da Gama Shopping Center. The hotel environment and service are comfortable, I will stay here next time

I have stayed in this hotel several times, but this year was the worst. There was no toothbrush, toothpaste, or even instant coffee or a small spoon in the room (although I didn't want to drink instant coffee). I asked the front desk and they said that some rooms just don't have these things. I was a little surprised that I chose the hotel's selected room, but why it didn't even have the service standards of domestic express hotels? I won't choose this hotel again next year. However, the hotel's catering department is very good, the staff is enthusiastic and attentive, because I stayed for 6 consecutive days, the staff immediately became familiar with the guests' dining habits and hobbies, very professional!

One of my favorite hotels in Lisbon is very similar in style to the Burj Al Arab Hotel in Dubai, but the price is only one-sixth or even one-seventh of that of the Burj Al Arab. Being in the room felt like I was on a ship 🚢. The restaurant on the first floor of the hotel is also great, it feels like you are on the deck. The hotel service is very good. I arrived at the hotel at 11 a.m. and I was given the key directly when the room was available. There is a sightseeing cable car outside the hotel. It costs 9 euros for a round trip and has a good view. You can sit on it. There are many restaurants along the river outside the hotel, there is a shopping mall and a station nearby, and it is only a few kilometers away from Lisbon International Airport. I need to remind you that if you are traveling with a lot of people and have a lot of luggage, it is best to tip the bellman when carrying your luggage into the hotel, so that after you check-in, the luggage will be delivered directly to the room. Otherwise, you may need to push your luggage and take the elevator upstairs. If you only have one or two pieces of luggage, it doesn't matter. You can just take it upstairs after checking in.

The hotel by the river has a very beautiful scenery, especially the afternoon tea. It’s so comfortable to drop in as you like. The service staff is very friendly and always smiles. It would be perfect if the breakfast had more variety.
