No air conditioning, freezing cold in the middle of the night, poor sound insulation, inexplicable fire alarm in the middle of the night, no 24-hour hot water

Like home and family🫶 The staff was always happy to help in any case: from suggestions for shops and restaurants, to amenities etc. The breakfast was tasteful, different every day (even in a box when we had to leave really early). The best location right in the city center!

The hotel is located in the heart of Cusco near the shops and restaurants. The place has a clean and modern look. The customer service is good and helpful for travellers. The room was good and average-sized. The floors tend to be tiled and with the room being cold it made it uncomfortable. A use of carpeting or a rug would have been most helpful. The soundproofing is poor and the traffic outside feels like it is inside. This leads to poor sleeping with the sounds of the usual noisy Peruvian traffic. It is advised to bring earplugs, but even they may not help. The bathroom is good providing toiletries and a much-needed hot shower. There is a radiator in the room, but it only turns on from 6 pm till morning. It is a shame that the warmth and sleeping atmosphere of the room is poor as everything else is fine. Hopefully, a refurbishment of the hotel can improve these issues.

We spent a night in Cusco after a 3-day Sacred Valley/Machu Picchu Tour. The location is excellent - just a few blocks from the main square with plenty of cool shops and restaurants on the narrow cobblestone streets right nearby. The hotel itself was also very cool architecture with amazing views from inside the hotel (which is actually an outdoor courtyard). Breakfast was tasty with eggs made to order. Staff was also very helpful with directions and luggage storage. Unfortunately the windows of the room do not seal out any noise - it’s as if the window is open directly to the street. And Cusco drivers love to honk their horns at all hours, so unfortunately our sleep was interrupted. If I stayed here again i would bring earplugs!

Everyone was fantastic and very accommodating! Close to the main square and anything else needed. The staff spoke English and was very helpful regarding leaving our luggage, things to do, places to eat. I felt very safe here with my 12yo. We will definitely be back!

Hotel is centrally located within walking distance to the downtown area. Plenty of walking to do around. At night might be a bit load but nothing that a pair of earplugs couldn't fix. The room has heater that might need a bit more punch for those low temps.

Super clean, great showers, wonderful beds. Best part - people were sooooooo helpful and nice (and everyone spoke English). Felt very comfortable (especially as a solo woman traveling). Perfect location near main square but also close to San Blaus (which has great more local/artisanal shops/coffee)

I took my family to Cusco and we decided to try this hotel. I am so glad I did. The location was fantastic because we could walk around town and explore. The ataff was incredibly friendly and helpful giving us suggestions for things in town and storing our luggage. My boys loved the local candy at the front desk. I would absolutely stay here again if we ever come back.

It was a wonderful stay. Every one of the staff went above and beyond to make our stay a pleasant experience. They always had a pleasant smile. Every day when we return, the rooms (we had two) will be cleaned, beds made, and bathrooms stocked. Very nice!

Motto is a brand new hotel. It’s so new and clean. We were greeted and were allowed to check in early. Adolfo helped us up with our bags. Our view of the city is really nice. Free Wi-Fi coffee bar. Comfortable beds. Just a really nice place as a homebase. Close to everything. And a very reasonable price.

Staff was always super helpful! Great recommendations on where to eat and what to see!!! The work area is clean and very useful for digital nomads. They also stored and kept our luggage safe while we did a two day tour of Machu Pichu. Can't speak highly enough of this hotel.

Beautiful new hotel nested in the historical center of Cusco, just a 2-3 blocks distance from the main square. Colorful and charming design combined with colonial resemblance. Loved the paintings! Small room but enough space to relax, use my lap top in a desk and sleep comfortably.

Exceptional hotel experience in Cusco with tasteful decor, powerful shower, comfortable bed, and modern amenities like keyless entry. Tranquil atmosphere and outstanding service exceeded expectations, highly recommended. Loved.
