Also, as a note for foreign visitors, it appears that noone on the hotel's staff speaks English. A final note: we had a light (and I would say overpriced) dinner in the hotel's restaurant. The beef-noodle soup had a single piece of edible beef and the dumplings were about what I would expect from a loe-end street vendor, so I can't recommend eating there.

After notifying the housekeeping, it was handled quickly. But the smell of smoke lingered for a long time. The parking lot on the first floor of the hotel is dirty, messy, and in a bad environment. There is only one elevator on the first floor where the parking lot is located, and the elevator often fails. The hotel was renovated this year and the room facilities are very new and very good.

The location of this hotel is good, opposite Wanda Plaza. The front desk service is also very good, and there is a self-service afternoon tea in the lobby. But the whole room was dark and the color of the carpet looked dirty. The worst thing is that the tire was pierced by a nail when driving into the parking lot, and it felt bad instantly. Construction is underway around the hotel, but it is fine at night and has not been affected. The bathtub is also equipped with a disposable bath bag for easy use.

The hotel’s location was central and one could easily walk to the Wanda plaza .The receptionists were very nice and the check in was smooth .The hallways and our room was clean .There is enough space to move around .The bed was soft and the bedding was clean and fresh.The only thing that I did not appreciate was that there was no shower gel .There was only shampoo .

Advantages: spacious rooms, newer facilities, good health, large basement parking, timely response at the front desk, convenient surroundings, opposite supermarkets, Ruixing coffee, restaurants, etc. Disadvantages: The elevator is a bit slow, the front desk is on the 21st floor, the restaurant is on the 19th floor, the guest room is on the 1st floor, the other is an office building, the elevator wait time is longer every time; the sound insulation is not good, and the 18th floor is still clear to hear the sound of square dance music and the TV sound of the guests next door; The TV adjustment station must stand next to the TV, otherwise the remote control will not respond 😅
